To explain Mix Masterson's style of dance music is a blend of Deep House, Progressive House & Trance. Mix Masterson also enjoys remixing and blending memorable hit songs that everyone is familiar with. He collaborates them while also using vocals and samples to create mashups and uses them as part of the suprise in his performances. Every song that Mix Masterson uses is from some of the best talent in the World. Some tracks are underground and even unreleased. Mix Masterson always brings something unique to the tables by using songs and sounds that will always be captivating along with a special groove, harmony, melody, & with amazing vocals and lyrics! Mix Masterson has had the passion to spread the love of Dance music since 1994. In the fourth grade Mix Masterson realized he had a talent for the art of Djing when he would gather together his favorite dance songs, which were on different cds, and he would put them in order based on the harmonic key without knowledge of what key they actually were in. Then he would DJ his friend's birthday parties and play one song after another, switching out cd after cd. Mix Masterson would focus on creating & setting a mood for his audience while gradually building the energy level. He did all of this work just because he had a passion to spread the love of the dance music culture. Mix Masterson would continue to educate & mature his mind and visions by studying about the culture online and by going to local musicstores, and in the dance section of the store, he would read the back of cds and try to find the most interesting "live" performances of Professional DJ's, such as DJ Micro, DJ Irene, & Armin Van Buuren. Mix Masterson would then purchased the cds to learn what TRUE DJing was all about. As he listened to each cd, he learned about the different genres & styles of Electronic Dance Music and learned what a REAL DJ's skills are all about. The music that interested & inspired Mix Masterson the most was the ones that had meaning and that gave him chills when he heard it. Those songs motivated and inspired him to share that amazing music with other people, especially the ones that didn't have the knowledge of the dance music culture and to show all the wonderful musical talent that the World has to offer (other than what you heard on mainstream radio). That was the time he realized he truly had a passion for dance music. Mix Masterson is attracted to the dance music that is easy to groove to, has a unique melody that sets a wonderful mood, & presence and also tracks that have an amazing energy level. As the years progressed, Mix Masterson found his unique style and his special sound while he perfected the art of mixing and DJing. He created a special element which motivated him to bring to life. Mix Masterson has years of experience in the club and rave scene and has performed all over the Southeast and in the North as well.

Roots & Soul singer/songwriter/guitarist Brandon Reeves has spent most of his time and energy performing 150 to 200 dates a year since 2008.  Brandon's music is a cross between the guitar playing of John Hurt, the songwriting wit of John Prine and the soulful vocals of Sam Cooke.  He has also shared the stage with Tab Benoit, Mark Rivera of Hall & Oates band and Ringo Starr's All Star Band, and members of the Zac Brown Band. Jim Perkins always loved to sing and wherever there was music was where he had to be.  He began playing guitar and writing songs in college and that's when the music bug bit him.  He was consumed by an overwhelming yearning to perform, no matter how large or small the crowd, from friends to complete strangers.  (Now some of those strangers have become good friends...he even married one.)

Jim started booking shows in 2001 at coffee shops in his hometown and in the southeast. He released his debut album, Maker of Dreams, in 2002 before traveling the U.S. and Canada as a member of the North American Mission Board’s World Changers group. Jim gained a loyal audience in Augusta and played over 220 shows in 2006 alone. His audience has grown all over the southeast and continues to climb with every new venue he plays.

He's had the opportunity to share the stage with Chris Barron (of the Spin Doctors), Sam Thacker, Jennifer Daniels, Angie Aparo, Ken Block & Drew Copeland of Sister Hazel, Nashville Star winner and country music star Chris Young, Doug Jones of Cravin' Melon, and John Corabi (Formerly of Motley Crue "Self Titled Motley Crue", RATT, Union, The Scream, ESP Eric Singer Project) and Grammy winning guitarist Zach Myers of SHINEDOWN to name a few.

His singing and songwriting is some of the best in acoustic music today. He easily and gracefully moves from Alternate Country to Americana to Singer Songwriter to Blues without missing a beat. His lyrics are heartfelt, moving and honest; authentic tales of everyday life that can’t be expressed in any other way. Many have compared his songs and show style to popular artists such as Ray LaMontagne, Edwin McCain, Ryan Adams, Marc Broussard, Emerson Hart (of Tonic), and Dave Matthews.

Jim just released a full band album, "Broken Record Reasons", and a Live solo acoustic album (recorded in Augusta, GA while opening up for Spin Doctors' Chris Barron) entitled "Jim Perkins Live". Both albums are available absolutely everywhere online: iTunes, cdbaby, Amazon, Rhapsody and more!!
