Atlanta-based artist JuJu Beats, founder of Mukti Music Group, is redefining the bass music landscape with his blend of primordial rhythms and forward-thinking sound design. A thriving media organization at the forefront of digital innovation, NPR creates and distributes award-winning news, information, and music programming to a network of 975 independent stations. Through them, NPR programming reaches 26 million listeners every week.

Born and raised in Georgia, this talented pair imitates and modernizes folk music to a rejuvenating degree. Their sound exhibits skilled and articulate guitar picking honed in the dive bars of Atlanta over rolling Julliard-trained bass lines. Expect chilling harmonies, unbridled enthusiasm, some wholesome tunes and a sincere performance. 

Eqo was founded in 2013 by Daisy Bellis and Kai Vaughn and formed with the addition of Kity Faya. The band gained notoriety for playing acoustic shows everywhere around Atlanta, from reputable venues, open mics, to nonconventional settings like EDM parties friends were hosting.

With Kity Faya, they would go onto record and independently release their debut album, 'Ananta' which received praise from numerous indie publications, as well as recognition from local press. Eqo released two music videos and continued to make a name for themselves through festivals and Dragon*con 2015. All of the progress, however, came to a sudden halt due to personal conflict, creative strains, and rotating lineups. Eqo officially disbanded in 2016.

In the summer of 2016, Kity Faya relocated to LA in pursuit of other opportunities. And on New Years of 2017, Daisy and Kai decided to reform Eqo with the addition of Parron Emily as the 2nd lead vocalist.

Eqo is currently setting their sights on working diligently to establish themselves, write new material, and breathe new life into something that once held meaning in the hearts of many. In 2017, growth, discovery, and happiness will be the primary focus, through touring and laying down the foundation for their sophomore album.
