I was born and raised in Florida, in the Sunrise, Tamarac area, Broward I county. My mom was from Connecticut, my dad was from Baltimore. They linked up down here and poof, I was born and raised. Spent my entire life in broward until I moved to NY.

Our music are live takes . only one song as overdub talking Homeless Man, We have a big studio with double stacked PA ,then everything is mic-ed into Ableton, in another room . we like to record live and loud . keeps the energy up . So what you hear is how we sound live .

This is where I put my songs.

Everything is written & produced by me, for better or worse. Occasionally, I'll get someone to contribute vocals or a guitar part (or the fab Rhodes part in the M8 of "Matches) - this is always credited in the description. I'm not a performer and it's important that I don't trick you into thinking I am.

I started writing music and songs in the 20th century. But it's only in the last couple of years that I've focused on learning how to produce demos that I'm happy to share.

No AI slop here. I sometimes use Ace Studio to generate vocal parts. It would be quicker & easier to sing (as anyone who has spent 3 hours trying to get AS to pronounce 'winter' correctly will attest), but my range is limited. AS forces me to be really accurate with melody, and I can experiment with melody and harmony, so it's a great tool for me.

I think a lot of the music other people share on SoundCloud is amazing. You don't get that creativity and diversity anywhere else afaik. And for free. wtf?

It's life-affirming to connect, hear what others are doing, get feedback and collaborate ✌️
