Spectral Meadows found their way to our label.
In the meantime, Flandez is not an unknown artist on our label anymore. He
already did an EP for us in the past and was listed on our 20 years anniversary
release too.
His influences for his music are from a wide background of experiences in life.
His connection to our label is grown over the past years and now he is back
with his next 4-Track release.
The music is built up from tribal sounds, field recordings and experimental
sounds from all over the world and is put together in such a beautiful and
unusual way. Sure, this one is another fit to our label.
As always, enjoy his story, he wants to tell us.

[bio]:
Cheh is Abdalla Chahine, a musician and event creative local in Lithuania, Lebanon and the UAE. He has spent most of his youth and early adulthood working closely with artists, venues, festivals and as a result putting together a wide variety of events with a multitude of forms of art expression. Cheh's musical performances are characterised by versatility, hypnotic rhythms and constant evolution; those of which have given him access to stages across nations playing alongside renowned artists like Carl Craig, Oshana, Anthea, Sebastian Mullaert, Laurine Frost, Traumer, Nastia and Birdsmakingmachine and many more.
Even though his disc-jockeying career is more vivid than his discography, Cheh has released music on a few remarkable labels digitally and some on vinyl under the duo alias Sache and Sache.

Seit Sommer 2004 betreibt das Liebhaberlabel Klangscheiben - Records seine Geschäfte mit Hingabe zum Minifunk mit maximaler Wirkung. Zuerst gestartet als Tollplatz für Groove- Gespinste im Sounddesign von Labelowner Demas, erweiterte sich das Artistraster zusehends. Seitdem ist weltweit viel minimales Wasser die Täler hinabgeflossen – die Talsperren drohten zu überfluten... Nicht so die Staudämme im beschaulichen Steinach in Thüringen, denn finest Selection mit anspruchsvoller elektronischer Körpermusik statt Peaktime - Überschwemmung ist angesagt. Ohne sich auf eine Richtung festzulegen flankiert man zwischen den Stilen House und Techno mit funky Kick und experimenteller Note.

Since summer 2004 the aficionado label Klangscheiben - Records runs its business with dedication to the mini-funk with maximum effect. First started as a rumpling place for groove chimera in the sound-design of label-owner demas, the artist grid expanded appreciably. Since then much minimal water flowed down the valleys worldwide - the dams threaten to flood… But not the dams in the tranquil little city Steinach in Thuringia, because finest selection with sophisticated electronic body-music instead of peak-time flooding is announced. Without committing to a direction the label flanked between the styles of house and techno with a funky thrill and experimental note.
