What started out as three friends who shared a love for minimal, tech house and techno, evolved into the DJ duo that consists of DJ Microwave and Bobbo Hafferman. From the start, these guys were searching for a unique KlapSandwich sound: The perfect balance between melody, rhythm, dark synths and joyous vocals. This search has resulted in a characteristic, rolling sound that is accompanied by uplifting variation. With Woodstock69, Akhnaton, Sugar Factory, ClubUp and Kring on their resume, they have lifted many a foot from the dancefloor. Apart from well known productions KlapSandwich also enthusiastically works with new initiatives, like the Andere Koek production where they have a running residency. With future bookings in Studio 80 and the Bloemendaalse strand the name ‘KlapSandwich’ is increasingly heard of amongst the partypeople of Amsterdam and beyond!
