The native Sicilian Davide Martello plays his DIY grand piano open-air at changing squares and sites to emphasize the surrounding architecture and landscape. Since a few years he travels around the world and takes his self-composed music to unusal places. The «Klavierkunst» describes the idea of modern piano music in changing architecture. Davide Martello plays at sights of many different cities and turns public squares, historic buildings or footbridges into concert halls - but also construction sites on motorways, traffic islands, horse coaches, &ellipses;

This unusual piano play surprises. It let coincidental passers-by escape from their everyday life and let them simply – stop. On that score Davide Martello deliberately opt against the studies of classic composition and set himself the goal to play in every capital of the world!
