Description:
Music is colorful, diverse and vibrant as the butterflies. Almost 180,000 different species live in 127 families. The music by Boris Brejcha is like a "Feuerfalter" (copper). On one side the butterfly is relaxing and floating on the wind, but on the other hand he also sets with steam and fire to a fall into a low altitude. This is how it feels when Brejcha makes music.

The fourth album is exactly the description of this "Feuerfalter", a kind of backflash into the impressive career of Boris Brejcha. An album that deliberately shows how the artist works versatile. Times slightly floating, sometimes wild hitting the wing, always full of passion. The influences of his travelings and performances characterize his art again.

This creates a music that may be accompanied on Brejchas audience the whole day: at home, in a relaxed atmosphere or just at night, when the trip through the clubs starts. On the album "Feuerfalter" this individuality is turned on. Brejcha even picks up the desire of his ans to weave a few quieter tracks into his cosmos.

X Dream should be probably my favourite Goa Trance or Psychedelic Trance or you name it Trance band. In my opinion they created truly timeless music that is completely their own, and this 'X Dream' sound, inspired so many artists, your humble servant is one of them. So I took the liberty to fiddle around with one of their finest and most gentle creations, I changed very little and used the original sounds whenever I had the chance. The only main difference is in the main break of the track.

Featuring several other music projects (Once Upon a Time, Samodelia, idmt), he works in collaboration with producers and musicians such as Moshic, Kintar, Micromattic, Skiller, Surbahar, Elitsa Todorova & Stoyan Yankoulov, Nambient, Aura Rascon, Milena Sergueeva, Veselin Mitev, Orlin Cvetanov... His releases for labels over the world - Electric Dream, Contrast, Iboga, Blue hour sounds Tribal Vision, ChillOm, Iboga Mexico, Soultribe, YSE, Absolutive, Sofa Beats - made up his name as one of the best acts from Bulgaria, with gigs across many clubs and festivals in Europe and world's progressive and scene. AUTOBIOGRAPHY: My name is Andrew, and I'm originally from Britain but have lived in Portugal since 2010. 
I've carried a passion for many years for psychedelic music that is original and unique, which has always led me to the fringes and edges where styles fuse, vibes merge and genre markings go into meltdown. 
I try to keep my sound diverse and interesting, but always with a strong emphasis on rhythm and groove. 
Away from music I am keen to be part of the sustainable and rejuvenated culture that I see germinating all over the world, with many new outposts forming here in Portugal where the people are welcoming, the land prices low and the natural resources of sun and water still plentiful. We will host our first Permaculture Design Certificate course here next June and I'm plotting and scheming with friends towards a larger project including a small festival for 2016 just now. 
I also keep a blog focused on comprehensively listing all the psygressive/dark prog releases at www.psygressivetrance.blogspot.com This musical niche and the areas where its network touches into other styles has been a huge influence to me over the last few years.

It's been pretty dark & cold in NY for the past couple of weeks, including last nights Blizzard =) and while we are working on a really dope follow up progressive tune to our "faded" remix, we thought we'd try something different for a moment as winter settles in to commemorate the cold gritty grind vibe of NYC during the bitter chill months. Some NY Trap =) Something for the dance floor to get the place turnt with us, a blend of some trap, tribal and trance. On a conceptual level we thought of the tune as one long trip musically, an exploration of rhythm and sound as Ursula Rucker's sweet spoken word guides you through a musical journey where the track continuously progresses and builds, culminating in a "climax". We get inspired by different kinds of genres of music all the time so this time around we tried to create something without limiting ourselves to any specific sound. Let us know what you think! :) and stay tuned for the next one!
