Tungsten is a chemical element with the symbol W (from its German name, Wolfram) and atomic number 74. It is a rare and extremely hard metal, known for several unique properties:

High melting point: Tungsten has the highest melting point of any metal, at about 3,422°C (6,192°F). This makes it highly valuable for applications that require resistance to extreme heat, such as in light bulb filaments, rocket engine nozzles, and high-temperature furnace components.

Density: Tungsten is very dense, with a density close to that of gold (19.25 grams per cubic centimeter). This makes it useful in applications where mass is important, like in weights, counterweights, and even military projectiles.

Hardness: It’s one of the hardest materials, and tungsten carbide (a compound made from tungsten and carbon) is widely used in cutting tools, mining equipment, and wear-resistant materials because of its extreme hardness.

Electrical and thermal conductivity: Tungsten is a good conductor of electricity and heat, though not as efficient as copper or silver. Its high melting point and conductivity make it suitable for use in electrical contacts and electronic components.

Chemical resistance: Tungsten is resistant to corrosion and oxidation, especially at high temperatures.

Due to these properties, tungsten is used in various industries, including electronics, aerospace, defense, and manufacturing.

753 is a duo from Barcelona with an enormous passion for hard techno music and audiovisual arts. Their goal is to do something different and creative they can be proud of. 

The name 753 comes from an 11th century samurai code of honour that inspired an entire nation to fight for its ideals. This code lives on in our world of constant change: through discipline, honour and loyalty, the code lasted in the memory of humanity until it became the legacy of 753.

The 753 duo produces hard techno. They intend to innovate that scene and show what they are capable of. The people who discover them really appreciate their work and style, and as a result they have been able to work with record labels such as Gomboc, Hard Vision, Definition Of Hardtechno, Märked, SCTR.
