Vinilette is an electronic music artist with a past in radio, broadcasting, writing for music magazines and curation in her hometown of Barcelona and Berlin.

After concentrating on numerous styles her mission became to combine different influences - coming from the electronics of the 80’s and 90’s - in DJing and production, with a taste for the raw, obscure and old school sounds. Her obsession with the unknown, searchs to challenge the listener and herself rather than fulfill expectations.

Her productions have gained support from artists like Helena Hauff, who featured her on her CD mix for the german magazine Groove-Mag. Vinilette has released EP's, compilations, remixes and edits on labels like In The Dark Again, Frigio Records, Italo Moderni, Monika Enterprise & Fill-Lex records.

Monthly, she shares her open musical universe in the radio show Spur on teslafm.net. 

She has played played worldwide in clubs and festivals such: Sónar, Monegros, Florida135, Creamfields,The Loft (Spain) Saloon, Compufunk (Japan), Mosaique (Saint Petersburg), Farbfernseher, about: blank, Krake Festival, Griessmühle (Berlin) Golden Pudel (Hamburg), to name a few.

Polyester started performing under different pseudonyms in 2007, at gothic and post-punk parties. For the past few years, the music he has been playing has ranged from post-punk to EBM and various intersections inspired by these genres. Since 2011, Vaidotas has also been an event organizer - his events are based on eclecticism as much as the music he’s playing. He had a great opportunity to bring to Lithuania not only electronic artists, but also projects such as Swans, King Dude or Jozef van Wissem. He has been working on and organizing following event series - Švytėjimai, Synthezia, and most recent - I Lost My Leather jacket. He was also the Platforma program manager.

The Exaltics are back with new transmissions from their universe in form of the second part of "Das Heise Experiment". The first part from 2013 on Abstract Acid will see his follow up end of 2017 on 2xLP inclusive a Comic book about the story of the Heise Experiment.

This amazing looking shape picture disc, developed with the dutch artist Godspill aka Mehdi Rouchiche, is "The Prequel" release and sees The Exaltics in assault mode.

Side A brings a stomper in typical exaltics style with deep strings and a pumping bassline like an alien invasion which is on course to earth. Side B begins with a cryptic alien speech signal transmitted direct from the universe whilst the second track is a collaboration track with non other than Dopplereffekt´s Rudolf Klorzeiger. Both artists together create a timeless electro voyage with sharp snares and fast running basslines and combine their both styles perfectly together.

Every record comes with a download code for the release itself and 3 exclusive bonus tracks. This release is strictly limited to 500 copies.
The outer contour of the picture is also the contour of the record and makes this release to something really special and to a high collectable item.

Whilst we love speaking to and featuring the work of established artists, nothing quite beats the thrill of introducing new players who are doing it right with verve and passion. Enter stage left NVST, AKA Pablo Brutalo, a relatively new player on the Swiss scene. NVST has been DJing for several years and has already gone on to release a tape of her music, along with promoting various parties in her home country. We’ve been gifted with a podcast ripe and exploding with battered breaks and sleazy acid, fulfilling our deepest auditory and kinetic desires. We took a little time to speak to NVST about her background, the various projects she’s involved in and the creative results of running around Lithuanian forests for a weekend.

Gamma Intel is a name that in the last couple of years has garnered a place of its own in the electronic music scene, and for a reason. Hailing from the fertile scene of the city of Rotterdam, his output gives an ironic look into a post-industrial dark future. All smiles with zero naivety. His production, on labels such as brokntoys, Pinkman or Mechatronica, has become a go-to for setting a dancefloor ablaze, in an ever-evolving process of sonic self-discovery.

His mix could be easily titled 2020, for it conceals the strangeness of the current times and a strong willingness to navigate them as they come. Disruptive patterns, uneasy emotions. Breaks pulling and pushing through. Autumn melancholia in what seems 2049. When the dystopian becomes present, hope acquires a fainted cue. But hey, after the pain comes the fun. Gotta keep it up.
