[ NZM99 ]

NZM99 is a project that seems to have risen from the depths of the 90s rave scene, most notably of the early Frankfurt and Belgian tradition. 

Like few others, NZM99 knows how to revive those dark rolling bass walls of that time and pair them with fresh EBM arpeggios. 
The legacy of French legends such as Terence Fixmer, The Hacker or David Caretta is just as unmistakable as his inspiration from vintage equipment, but NZM99’s music is always informed - but never backward-looking. 

As a result, labels such as RAVE or DIE , KHOINIX and PERSEPHONIC SIRENS, quickly became aware of this unmistakable sound and were delighted with releases. NZM99 also runs his own label Tjalk Records, a heartfelt homage to the houseboat in Lyon he resides on. 

His powerful DJ and live sets have brought NZM99 to international stages as an ambassador for the non-carnivalesque rave revival.

Ryuji Takeuchi (Local Sound Network / LSN, HueHelix) was born in Osaka, and then first contacted with Electronic Music in the early 90s.In the late 90s, he moved to the United States, where he discovered Techno, House and Electro Music.As soon as he got back, he started to DJ at several locations and eventually learned to produce at the same time. After that, he released on such labels as: LK Rec, Arms, Mastertraxx, FK Rec, SWR, Innervate, I.CNTRL, Impact Mechanics, Silent Steps, GSR, Brood Audio, to name but a few.
In 2011, Ryuji started his own imprint called 'Local Sound Network / LSN' as a platform for new generation of electronic sound which following words can appropriately describe: driving,hypnotic, atmospheric, emotional, groovy, funky... and any other aspects that rock from brain to the dance floor under the following statement:
From local to global...It exists in order to inspire the world...
Also, Ryuji kicked off another brand new label called 'HueHelix / HHX' as a new platform, which discloses something new,only represented by HueHelix, together with Go Hiyama, Tomohiko Sagae and Kazuya Kawakami, in order to push quality music with global standard from where sun rises.In 2012, Ryuji launched 'Local Sound Network Digital Solutions / LSNDS' series in need of discovering and introducing wider range of electronic music, aiming at dropping unique audio output while it’s hot. This mix is a recording from the last party of the legendary Projekt LAB club in Poznań (Poland), which sadly closed its doors after 12 years at the beginning of 2024.

HATELOVE - Based in Warsaw, the producer swiftly agitates the scene with his predilection for bleak and industrial soundscapes while holding uniqueness in his vision of raw and relentless techno music. HATELOVE is an avid club attendee, not only as a passionate connoisseur but also to perform hard techno duties, having played all over Poland by now. Honorable mentions would be the release of his debut EP through SNTS’ label Sacred Court and other releases through labels like Gegen Records, ISARN and Trust True Records.

Zariush - Poznań based dj, promoter, former artistic manager of the now-closed Projekt LAB club and founder of the Arfa ArcanA label. In his sets he combines techno with industrial sounds, guitar riffs and EBM songs. Over his 15 years on stage, he had the opportunity to perform alongside artists such as Ancient Methods, The Soft Moon, Vatican Shadow, Terence Fixmer and Samuel Kerridge to name a few. Besides Polish clubs and festivals, you could hear him in Berlin's Suicide Circus, Urban Spree or Dimensions Festival in Croatia.

Levan (Leon) Lolishvili, an important artist of the great Tbilisi techno scene and resident DJ at club KHIDI, is joining forces with Hecate Legacy, the Industrial Techno project of Alex Nadiradze, who is a member of the highly influential Persephonic Sirens record label.

Sophisticated industrial aesthetics, harmonised with melancholic and primordial melodies.  The sonic alchemy of those two is magical to say the least.

“In early 2023 I’ve got some demos from Leon for a possible RM release and along those tracks there was some music that he produced with Alex. I immediately liked the whole style and vibe that I was hearing - it was an EBM/Industrial Techno fusion that was hitting perfectly the right spot between the individual sound of both artists. Can’t say much at the moment but you’ll hear more from this duo in the future! For now i invited them to record a set for the series cause I was very curious to hear what they’ll play when they meet behind the decks too. I’ve been eagerly awaiting for this one! No need to say that they managed to combine expertly the sound that they both are known for. EBM and dark-wave inspired electronics that blends into the cutting-edge synthesis, groove and 4/4 functionality of Techno.
