XHIB formed during the 2020 lockdown out of the ashes of his former synth wave project “TRSPSSR”. His cryptically titled “Steel Shimmering Viper Squid” EP under the new XHIB moniker modulates between a loosely club oriented amalgamation of industrial and minimal wave influences laid out over hammering rhythms and scorched shrieks. Endless Nothing is an EBM/techno project by Paolo Borella, an Italian artist based in Parma. He draws his inspiration from extreme metal, post-punk and industrial genres, combining dark aesthetics with 4/4 techno functionality and heavily distorted bass lines blended with sharp synths, creating ritualistic, cinematic sequences as the soundtrack to your daily urban discomfort. The first EP, "Fragments", was released on Detriti Records in 2021, followed by "Omnia Fert Aetas" out via Shishi Records in 2022. Endless Nothing’s other releases and remixes can be found on Sharped Records, Tjalk Records, WieEinGott, NuBodyRecords, Frenesia Records, and Soil Records.
