A collection of fragmentary productions spanning 2021-2024.
The tracks remain unfinished and unpolished - a conscious decision for imperfection-, reflecting a scattered, chaotic time, preserved as a significant snapshot even though they may never feel “complete.”

Like a curtain drawn over furniture, this EP hides nothing but instead frames and softens the raw, unfiltered state of these pieces. It protects them as they are, imperfect yet meaningful, giving them space to exist. 

Fragments is not a permanent closing chapter but rather a temporary pause in the style of industrial techno. With this fragmentary EP, Hybral is shifting focus to their ambient project Theo Thorin Búr and planning a new EP in collaboration with Fluid as PARALLEL TRANSPORT.

NICK VIOLA makes his OMEN debut with Precursor - a four-track EP driven by EBM intensity and uncompromising techno functionality.

Built on commanding basslines, mechanical rhythms, and cold, industrial textures, Precursor channels the raw physicality of EBM through a contemporary techno lens. The originals are direct and deliberate - punchy low-end, sharp percussive programming, and a tension that builds without excess.

There is no ornamentation here. Each track is designed with purpose: movement, pressure, and impact.

Two remixes extend the EP's range. RYNZLER leans into darker atmospherics while preserving the track's driving core, delivering a deeper and more immersive rework. KENNY CAMPBELL intensifies the rhythmic aggression, pushing the material toward harder, peak-time territory with industrial weight.

Together, originals and remixes form a focused statement - confrontational, stripped-back, and built for the floor.

Flock began as a simple observation: how easily people surrender their critical thinking and follow the crowd. Mina Lord drew a parallel to sheep - not just as a visual, but as a reference to the biblical metaphor of the shepherd and the flock. But in this story, one sheep crowns itself the shepherd. And without question, the others follow. Or, to put it more sharply: they submit - even though this self-appointed leader may be clueless, misguided, or driven by more evil intentions.

The EP explores the absurdity and danger of blind obedience, whether to a leader who is incompetent, malevolent, or simply empowered by the sheer force of numbers. It’s a critique of how collective inertia can become a destructive force, even when the motivation behind it is hollow or sinister. 

Musically, the aggressive, militaristic rhythms - snares, drills, and marching beats - mirror the blind allegiance to a leader or ideology, evoking the image of a faceless crowd moving in lockstep. These elements are layered with ambient recordings of church services, crowds, and sheep, creating a disorienting soundscape. The violence in the sound reflects the force of a flock moving as one, even without purpose or direction.

We curate queer sex-positive parties with equally queer line-ups, featuring mostly non-binary and trans DJs. Our aim is to platform artists with gender identities that are under-represented in the music industry, showing that it is possible to have more inclusive and diverse booking practices without a decrease in musical quality, but in fact with an increase by bringing new and previously unheard perspectives to the dance floor.

Discovering and nurturing new talent is at the very essence of SUBVERTED. We stand in resistance to the homogenisation and sanitisation to which the techno industry has been subjected in recent years via formulaic, easily-digested productions and repetitive line-ups, and intend to continue opening the industry's gates for a new generation of artists that are pushing their own unique and fresh take on dark industrial techno.
