Ham was one of the earliest KF artists, with his first release coming out waaaaaaay back in 1994.

I was 10. 

Since then he went on to form one of the most legendary hardcore labels ever, Next Generation Records alongside fellow former KF artist DJ Brisk, and then decided to go take the drum & bass scene by storm under his Hamilton alias (which isn't really an alias it's literally his name). 

With all the success he's found in D&B he doesn't REALLY have to come back to KF to do more records for us, but he does. He totally does!

KF145A1 - DJ Ham - Give It To 'Em

With the Kniteforce core label being so ridiculously busy with the literal deluge of releases coming out on it, we needed a place to put things that we wanted to get out but didn't quite fit. We also happened to have the K label, which started life as a place to press previously digital-only tracks to vinyl, but has since grown into a "well this doesn't quite fit here, and it doesn't quite fit here, and we have no space here, so screw it, let's put it on K" label. 

Which is kinda how Death To Digital Volume 6 ended up there. The rest of the series has thus far been on the core Kniteforce label, but the core Kniteforce label is uhh.....look I don't wanna lose my job so I don't wanna tell you how far ahead it is but it is REALLY FAR AHEAD. 

So in order to get it out in a reasonable time, Death To Digital 6 moved to K. You should be familiar with the series by now, four tracks by a variety of artists, with nary a bad one to be found. Honestly, I love this series. Even though, as the guy who runs the KF label that is primarily digital, I find the name a bit offensive lol. Also Vinyl Is Better. It's a whole thing. We've talked about it lol. 

Death To Digital Volume 6 will HOPEFULLY land on June 4th, but with Brexit and COVID-19 and general mail douchebaggery it's become a bit hard to predict when things will actually arrive. But as of right this second, D2D6 is scheduled for June 4th, and we're all crossing our fingers it'll actually make that date.

K07A1 - Ant To Be - Give Me

Sunny and Deck Hussy are two of my favourite producers in all of hardcore right now. This sentiment is shared by a fair few people amongst the Kniteforce crew. They are INSANELY versatile, equally at home writing oldskool, modern 4/4 stuff, hell I even have a gabber track they did that should be out around the end of summer. 

And it's not even just like their production is competent (it is), but they write genuinely good, fun, music that's fun to play and dance to. 

And SURPRISE! Their latest Knitebreed EP, The Golden Oldie Picture Show (what a frickin' awesome name) is no exception. 

Now Brexit and COVID-19 and various mail issues are really messing with our release dates, and this far out is well into "well we hope it shows up in time territory". So you can consider that June 18th date tentative, but that's what we're gunning for.

BREED32B1 - Sunny and Deck Hussy - Feelings

Oh man this has been a LONG time coming. It feels like years ago Chris put me in charge of Malice. Probably because it was, tbh. But Great Caesar's Ghost we are HERE AT LAST! This release has been pressed and arrived at Kniteforce HQ, the Best of CDs have been ordered, the next two releases are lined up and just need art, and a compilation CD is in just about the same state. 

It's official, Malice is back, and back in a big way. 

This first release serves two roles. One, to correct a bit of misinformation that's been flying on Discogs forever, namely that Once Again and Check This Out were EVER pressed on vinyl, which they weren't, they were originally slated for Malice 9 but never ended up being pressed, and to introduce you to the new generation of the label, by.....having Psycangle make two more tracks taht sound just like the old generation of the label. Which to be fair, a lot of new Malice stuff will, but it's gonna branch out a little more. 

Anyways I feel like I could write about what's going on with upcoming Malice stuff all day but we ain't here for that, we're here for this:

Here it is, MALICE09 - Psycangle - Once Again, For The First Time, featuring two remastered previously unreleased on vinyl tracks, and two brand new tracks written to make it a proper four track EP. 

This record is IN HAND, so barring something going wrong, it should hit its June 18th release date. But like I've been saying things often do go wrong. But as of right now, that's the plan. In a hair over a month, Malice will be back in full swing, with new tunes, new art done in the classic style by Ryan Mannik, and oh just in case anyone was wondering yes it is absolutely 100% pressed on white vinyl, just like the original relases. 

Okay I feel like I wrote way more about this one than any other release so I'm gonna shut up now. Just hit the buy link on June 18th to pick it up, along with, hopefully, the Best of Malice CD album that it feels like I mixed forever ago (because I did lol).
