CEO at The Creative and Cultural Company; this includes managing & Co-curating POP (Pride Of Place) Arts Space in Princes Quay Hull, Hull International Photography (HIPfest, The HIP Studio & the excellent HIP Gallery), managing The Creative & Cultural Arts Studios, developing studio/exhibition space and support services to artists and the creative & cultural sector. Coordinating sustainability & training for events including the award winning Beverley Folk Festival, and many more cultural training & employment opportunities.
Currently also in 14th year as a BBC Introducing presenter/producer. Started and host the unsigned stage (BBC Introducing Stage) at Leeds Festival for the last 10 years.

The original songs stem from the wandering roads through Europe and US collecting stories and sounds.
