Recording and composition process happened between January of 2022 and October of 2023 in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. All instruments, compositions and lyrics by Raoni Martins, except lyrics for track 11 which is a collab with Lucas Ajúr. Front Cover's drawing art and design beautifully done by Emilia Oliveira. Inlay and back cover's art by Raoni Martins. 

   The new work from Draven Project showcases a sound that tries to bring a good balance between the influences around the band. The last album's style is more developed here. It's a blend of Rock, Electronic, and Hip Hop. The album is called Cybertronic Dissonance and it contains thirteen tracks. It is divided into two acts. Act I is called The Raven's Nest, which is written and based on real situations and memories. It's about the life journey and trespassing through many issues while trying to be alive and make ends meet. Lyrics are filled with energy and rage against the past years facing music business and life. Every song on Act I is a moment of intense truth. Act II is called The Evil Flock. It's a set of 6 poems written to be songs. Music inspired by the works of Charles Baudelaire, Edgar Allan Poe, and Jim Morrison.  
   
   There is a cyberpunk vibe running throughout the album, like a soundtrack from a dystopic world. The use of synthesizers and keyboards grew more and more on each album. Billy Idol, Depeche Mode and Ministry are for sure references for this release as well. Venus Highway goes right between Idol and Joy Division's sound with symphonic synth rock touches and doses of Brazilian music.

The raven figure on the album is a reference to the graphic novel and movie series The Crow. Therefore, it follows the concept of a raven being the holder of the heart and soul of someone while this person deals with revenging a great loss. The whole album is ambiented in the way the raven is standing on the shoulder of the main character, following his steps. There are many references to the famous black bird on the album. Act I is called The Raven's Nest because it means a relation to being born and alive into this world and having to learn to fly by fear of falling down and ceasing to live. This fear gets the bird into the majestic skill of flying, so it can fly over the land and face the world. While Act II is called The Evil Flock because it relates to the bird in a mature life, corrupted by the evil of the world while struggling to survive every single day.

I just love to write tracks that could befit musical scoring for movies and video games alike. With that mindset, here's my latest original creation in an ambient orchestral genre, titled - "Lossless Echoes".
An oxymoronic title inspired by the belief that our world is not unlike that of the sound of a fading echo in time.  The false wishfull hope that the echo will never decay and fade away reflects our slow pace to change our way of living wich could lead us to a future that could very well be out of balance.  
This track illustrates the stress towards the change required to our ongoing journey, in order to evaluate and realize the impact of the future outcome to the balance of life in our world - I sincerely hope that this ambient journey will be enjoyable and transformative.

J'adore écrire des morceaux qui pourraient convenir à la musique de films et de jeux vidéo. Dans cet état d'esprit, voici ma dernière création originale dans un genre orchestral ambiant, intitulée "Lossless Echoes".
Un titre oxymorique inspiré par la conviction que notre monde n’est pas sans rappeler celui du son d’un écho qui s’estompe dans le temps. Le faux espoir que l’écho ne s’atténuera jamais reflète notre lenteur à changer notre façon de vivre qui pourrait nous conduire vers un avenir qui pourrait très bien être déséquilibré.
Ce morceau illustre le stress lié au changement requis par notre voyage en cours, afin d'évaluer et de réaliser l'impact des résultats futurs sur l'équilibre de la vie dans notre monde. J'espère sincèrement que ce voyage ambiant sera agréable et transformateur.
