UNDERTALE: STORYSHIFT is a reimagining of Storyshift, set in a post-pacifist timeline of Undertale. Many years after Monsterkind had finally been set free, Alphys suggested to her friends that they all dress up as each other for Halloween, playing off the whole "dressing up as monsters" thing that humans were still prone to doing. A lot of them really seemed to like the idea. So much so, that a certain ghostly, theatrical entertainment robot would be inspired to write a stage play for him and his friends to perform in.

Chara is meant to represent Sans. They lack a physical form of their own, being soulbound to Frisk, so instead, a mirror is placed on stage. Chara speaks through Frisk. It's not confusing at all to any of the viewers.

By this point, given the amount of time that's passed, most people know, whether they've accepted it yet or not, that Chara and Frisk coexist within the same body now. They're even the one who insisted they and Asriel be included on the dress-up party, which led to this particularly strange set-up in Mettaton's play.

In Mettaton's retelling itself, Chara lives a rather normal life in the Silicone Valley with their brother Asriel. As normal a life as that of a human adopted into a family of high standing can be, of course. They used to live in the capital city, but moved out to the Valley for a more quiet, unbothered lifestyle.

* It sickened me. So I knew what I had to do.
* Reading my wife's recipe for pie on the counter, calling for cups of butter...
* I swapped it for buttercups. Then, I fed it to the child.

* (Flowey's horrified expression slowly transforms into realization... then anger.)

* Unable to stand up, barely able to speak... the pain must have been excruciating.
* Good. I hope so. But, my son... so attached to the child... wanted to fulfill their dying wish.
* He died doing so.
* My wife left shortly after, learning my hand in the child's condition.
* Truthfully? I shouldn't have been surprised. This is all your kind has amounted to.

* (Flowey disappears off-screen.)

* You have ruined my family. My kingdom. EVERYTHING. I--
* ...What?

* (The six human souls are freed from their cages. Flowey pops out of the ground.)

* Well. Guess I was wrong. This isn't a world where kindness always wins, is it?
* That's a shame.
* If we want to SAVE this world -- we'll have to do things MY WAY.

Lord of the Hammer is a deltarune AU based on swapping chapters. The aesthetic is reminiscent of Tenna's boards game, and the gameplay takes inspiration from visual novels and adventures like Draw a Stickman, Ace Attorney, etc.

Well, okay, guess I one-upped my TWR cover. Gonna have to redo that eventually. This was fun! Says on the project file that it took me less than 6 hours. Genuinely crazy how fast I can make good quality music these days. Not bad, Harley. not bad.
