Watch out for our latest discovery: Manycure (Lisbon)! 
Starting off with a straightforward bass drum, Manycure’s “The Swallow” is slowly building a fairly dark and gloomy atmosphere- perfect for these current somber winter days!
While “Gate 00” surprises us with its rather playful and spherical vibes, we feel that “Zeit” makes time run way faster- the driving synth line and the mechanic drums are taking you on a trip through time and space. 
Last but not least: “Lume” illuminates not only dance floors, but may also help you to get through one or more snow/rain filled and lightless January days. It might not replace the lack of Vitamin D we are all feeling right now, but it is the second best thing you will get this winter!
As a resident at Lux Frágil, SwitchSt(d)ance is one of the most influential DJs from Lisbon and we are more than happy to have him aboard for this EP. With his Version of “Zeit” he is giving the EP its well-deserved smooth and clubby ending.

A big new release is coming out in Stereo Productions by the hand of the acclaimed Danish DJ and producer Christian Nielsen called On My Mind EP, that contains six tremendous cuts. 

Starting with the original ‘On My Mind’ groovy & frantic Tech House vocal where Chus & Ceballos leaves their own imprint with their remix. 

‘I don’t beg’ is the second original track and an incredibly deep and sensitive vocal masterpiece with the remix duties by the german Mathias Kaden who delivers two different remixes, 

a deep & low cut version and a groovy & high one. We close the release with the beautiful ‘What's Your Name’ original included in the Miami 2016 Sampler.

For the next Klangwelt.FM show Kodx label owner and new rave electronica talent Max Dahlhaus is taking things over. Heavily influenced by Krautrock & electronica scientists from labels like Ghostly, Warp or Ninja Tunes Max is bringing some challenging stuff to discover the possibilities and different varieties of noise, beats, tempo and rhythm. 

BIO
Electronic music is just as fast moving as it’s numerous identifications, genres and subgenres, which are diligently made up for this idiom. One of the young artists defying all those categories and only pledging themselves to the psychoacoustic impact of sound is Max Dahlhaus.

Not afraid of clichés, he is calling on familiar themes within his tracks, allowing the ear to unconditionally engage into the sound.
But from this established base, he is always expanding into something unknown and impassable. Each piece’s development stays completely unpredictable and is therefore picturing an evolution for itself. In their totality, Dahlhaus’s tracks build a consecutive cycle, where each musical improvement is based on previous experiences.

Music and visual art have touched in the past for numerous times and bonded temporarily. Our ambition is to bring together what belongs together permanently: KODX wants to join artists from both areas into one collective in which everyone can learn from the other. The goal is to not only grow as an individual, but as a group. We do not want to be limited by genres during our learning process. By adjusting the focus exclusively to each new project, individuals and groups will be supported properly. We want to work on forming new ideas from known facts, while resting on artistic roots and still continuously refining ourselves. KODX serves as a catalyst, linking unconsumed ideas with the ken of experienced artists. Our goal will always be the departure into a new world.
