Premiere: The YellowHeads - Liquid Tensions [RX Recordings]

Driving melancholic vibes that simultaneously uplift the emotions define this 2 track single coming out of Australia by Mike Turing and veteran producer Barbuto. Zolt is a hot bed of driving low end percussion and bass that lays the foundation for screaming leads and an anticipated vocal that builds to a memorable drop that will garner the attention of anyone on the dance floor. The flipside Take Me Down while similar has a rouge and cheeky Trent Reznor’esque vibe with on the edge bass synth work. Mike Turing is a world class University Professor in Sydney with equal lateral skills in the studio. Barbuto after 26 years in North America has returned to Australia and after working with Mike Turing on his Mavic Music label for several years have rightfully collaborated on this project to create the two undeniable dance weapons for Gain Recordings. The title track Zolt has been tastefully remixed for alternate and appropriate uses by techno meastros Giulia and Luis Miranda.

The 40th Release on our main label Bubblejam is here, we wanted to finish 2018 on a really strong note, and we certainly have achieved that!

Gary Burrows has unleashed his monstrous new single
 'I am Ready' closing an even stronger third year for bubblejam.

Gary Burrows is an up and coming Techno DJ and Producer from Birmingham UK who is firmly establishing a name for himself within the techno scene.

Gary's' influences from the harder side of Techno and Old School hardcore are clear to hear. Gary grew up with old rave tapes being left around the house by his brother and sister and once Gary listened to these he became addicted to dance music and was hungry to discover more.

Gary burst onto the scene with his explosive, energetic and driving Techno in 2016 with two tracks signed to Spektre's Respekt Recordings. This was immediately followed up with another EP signed to Respekt. Since then Gary has had a number of releases across some huge labels including Funk N Deep, Layer 909, Eclipse, Orange Recordings, and Technologic. 

Gary has received some fantastic support from some big artists such as Carl Cox, Alan Fitzpatrick, Spektre, Pan-Pot, Richie Hawtin, Spartaque, DurtySoxx, Fatima Hajji and many more 



To make sure this Christmas treat is truly unforgettable, we have rounded up some incredible remixes from some of our favorite artists from around the world.

A blistering buddy to the first instalment of Pig&Dan’s ‘Tunnel Vision’ EP will land in April. 

Not one to rest on their laurels, Pig&Dan have come out firing in 2020. One of the techno genre’s most prolific artists, their 17 year has seen a wealth and consistency of output unmatched by most in the industry. This is exemplified by the ‘Tunnel Vision’ series launched on Drumcode this year.

Set for release just one week after its predecessor, part 2 continues in powerful, peak-time mode. ‘Sirenism’ is a tour de force, driven by a pulsating lead that pops with acidic undertones. ‘Rinse Out The Sound’ is an intoxicating blend of warbled effects, warm synth layers and crisp drum work. ‘Perception’ is marked by an exuberant top line riff and steely percussive layers and makes for a colourful addition to any set. ‘Wasted’ is muscular techno at its finest, finished with a glistening layer of melody. No surprise the collection went down a treat at Warehouse Project, Drumcode Halloween and Dockyard Festival, among others. The duo are in irresistible form.
