أيام الاستعمار العثماني أرسلت تركيا باخرة الي بيروت تحوي جميع أنواع المواد الغذائية وبيعها بسعر رخيص وزهيد جدا للمضاربة على تجار بيروت وإلحاق الضرر بهم . وهذا ماحصل فعلاً و تكدست البضائع اللبنانية وكادت تتلف . فما كان من تجار حب إلا أن أشتروا البداعة من تجار بيروت وأنقذوهم من الأفلاس وعادت الباخرة إلى تركيا خائبة وفشلت في تحقيق هدفها ، الجدير بالذكر أن أسم الباخرة التركية الكارثة هو الروزانا .. وعربونا لوفاء وشكر أهالي حلب كتبت أغنية عالروزانا عالروزانا كل الهنا فيها شو عملت الروزانا الله يجازيها يارايحين ع حلب حبي معاكم راح يامحملين العنب تحت العنب تفاح على مايبدو أن أحقاد العثمانين على حلب دفينة منذ القدم ، وأن الساسة اللبنانين نسيوا الحكاية ولم ينسوا أغنية عالروزانا والتي لم يبقى مطرب لبناني أو سوري إلا وغنى هذه الأغنية الشهيرة .
