Raver at first and foremost Annina developed unconditional love for electronic music on the dance floor. After working as a promoter for various well known underground music parties in Sydney, Australia, she got to experience the art of mixing herself. Annina’s style is a mix of deep tech, minimal and groovy house music. She is currently based in Berlin. Annina is also a co-founder of minimal music community collective Zapped Sonntags in Berlin.

Dj 4Never, never, ever - Mixing stuff behind the decks or behind the scenes in LPZ, always with a dedication to dance music in all its varieties. Back in the days he rooted his interest in music through listening to 1live Radio and evolved that interest into his very own radio project called Callshop Radio Leipzig. As an organizer and curator of Callshop Radio he´s aiming to represent Leipzigs diverse sub- and clubculture since June 2019. Today´s podcast is the live recording of his set he played back in July at the PVC Open Air at Pittlerwerke. A warm and straying mix of breaks and acid chords that tries to makes us forget about the dark days ahead. Enjoy ❤️

An electronic music duo from Macedonia, currently based in Skopje. The name Binary Thoughts may speak for itself, but there is a much deeper meaning embedded within.
The ancestral way of thinking has always been ‘binary’. To understand nature and all its phenomena, we made a world of oppositions (day/night, sun/moon, male/female). Where the law of “all or nothing” rules, there is no in-between. But the reality is indeed always more complex and more interconnected than what our ‘perception’ of the world suggests.
This perception beyond this “all or nothing” connected Ana Bogatinovska and Jovana Gjorgievska. At first strangers to each other, they met at a music festival in their native country; And after a long discussion about electronic music, they’ve decided to do a project that will connect their somewhat different but similar taste in electronic music.
Their melancholic, delicate and hypnotic sounds use ‘binary thinking’ as a motor to press on to a third term or a higher category that represents a transcending reconciliation or unity: where thesis and antithesis are always harnessed to yield a synthesis. Where seemingly opposite or contrary forces may actually be complementary: Yin and Yang.
Currently, they are exploring the vast horizons of deep and hypnotic soundscapes intending to create their unique blend of creativity to start producing their music. Enjoy <3

When ortwin 3000 entered a record store for the first time in 2009, he didn't even remotely know what this would mean for him. The passion to search and collect records is now essential for his good mood and the best measure against dark seasons.
After ten years in Hamburg and one year in London, he lost his heart to Leipzig in 2020. From there he welcomes the new year with a selection of the latest vinyl finds from his house and yard record store Remoto Rec. Always according to the motto: Housy, dubby and please do not take everything so seriously!

Hanna Baertig, member & resident DJ of berlin based crew & label Aller Ende Anfang, throws parties at ://about blank & Humboldthain Club together with her crew mates. Usually, she mixes breaky steppers with bouncing & energetic tunes for the ultimate club feeling. As there are no strobes or smokey rooms available, she offers an hour perfectly fitting for either listening to or dancing in the bedroom disco. You decide! The mix contains mostly spherical and gloomy material, but still does justice to the energetic signature sound. Turn on your headphones and drift on big waves!

Fun fact: when PVC was founded in 2018 the first “Plenum” took place in amorizont's living room. Much has happened since then. He moved to Bremen, started Djing in 2020, is co-founder and part of team.ancora. Influenced by Italo and Dark Disco music, his aim is to combine both impulsive beats and emotional melodies. amorizont never broke his connections to Leipzig. That's why he is super happy to contribute his mix to the PVC series.

Tissling (Voitax/Berlin) and Stomp (KFPNYX/ Leipzig) are bonded by a long friendship and their passion for music and curating events with the thuringia based collective kfpnyx from the very first minute. While their solo sound displays rather different directions, they have found some common ground around the realms of Jungle and DnB. Therfore they teamed up in the east of Leipzig for some Spagetti w/ Anchovis and recorded this journey through heavy hitting basses, rolling drums, granular pads, loaded with lots of energy. PEA's sound oscillates between UK based breaks and bass sound as well as technoid and housy influences. Regardless of which genre she picks, her style can be described as deep, dark and melancholic. After stops in Ukraine and Israel PEA has shaped her sound into a diverse spectrum of contemporary electronic dance music. As part of the crews INDOORS and SLO MO EXT, she has co-organized events in and beyond the club context over the past years.
