For this week's podcast we invited V:SONNTAG from Leipzig. Her signature sound is fast, crazy and powerful. Throughout her mixes, she focuses on a constant groove and driving rhythms to maintain full energy on the dance floor. Her ultimate goal is to express her own liveliness in the music she plays.

Almost every day she spends time on researching newer and older music, her biggest joy being just listening and diving into moods. She’s particularly fascinated by the versatility of atmospheres and emotions techno can create. On one hand, she loves fast, playful, sexy and groovy techno, that might  contain acid or psy elements at time, making the audience sweat and have a blast. On the other hand she likes techno on the darker side, in which she can lose herself.

Berlin based and immersed into the queer techno scene for years, Radical Softness’s project name comes from the movement with the same name, which advocates the open disclosure of all forms of emotions, whether positive or negative. She is similarly activist and tries to share it with her music. Her driving sets combine rhythmic tracks at high BPMs, uplifting, fast paced, tribal and raw punchy oldschool rhythms.

dxrvo is a Producer & Dj from Hannover, Germany. He runs the label Kollektiv Synergie, where he releases a podcast every Thursday with artists from all over the world. He describes his sound as hypnotic, minimalistic and groovy. He found inspiration 2 years ago in the club Pan Hannover.

With music being an important factor throughout her life, Beste has oriented and based her entire High School and University education on Music, successfully graduating in 2016. Her career as a dj/producer started soon after and therefore she decided to move to Amsterdam. Bringing a dynamic take on the hypnotic, groovy and dark side of techno, Beste has grown to a well-appreciated artist in the underground scene of Amsterdam already and recently became the resident dj for Orphic.

La eterna búsqueda de la pureza ha dotado a su música de un valor intrínseco, alejándola de cualquier estereotipo.

Salitre ha jugado un papel fundamental en su evolución artística, un liceo de conocimiento donde conformar su personalidad. En estos 5 años la experiencia adquirida toma forma para desarrollar sus directos, nutriéndose del EBM, Electro, IDM o Ambient como herramientas narrativas para hacer llegar su mensaje.

En la actualidad su figura ejerce una posición de activista musical, siempre en movimiento, siempre agitando la escena gallega.

Anxiety for Living is the pseudonym through which Óscar offers his vision of electronic music, a project that flows through the different aspects of Techno despite having been conceived at its foundations. The eternal search for purity has endowed his music with an intrinsic value, distancing it from any stereotype. 

Salitre has played a fundamental role in his artistic evolution, a lyceum of knowledge where he has shaped his personality. In these 5 years, the experience acquired takes shape to develop his live performances, nourished by EBM, Electro, IDM or Ambient as narrative tools to get his message across.

He is currently a musical activist, always on the move, always stirring up the Galician scene.
