NETNAK strives to create the sound exactly as he envisions it, and says he owes a lot to the Amsterdam producers who have helped him developing his sound. "Normally, I prefer my beats to be fast-paced, but the songs they produce have sparked a completely different passion in me for making music. While my playing style isn't always focused on creating a hypnotic atmosphere, as a DJ, you learn to adapt to various venues and promoters. It's all about sensing the crowd's energy and selecting the right tracks to set the perfect tone for the event. In my eyes, that's what truly defines a skilled DJ."

This week Bruecke invites Berlin based Ele, part of the non-profit collective Movement13 (@movement13). While he spent his childhood surrounded by techno records, he wasn't interested in them initially. Promos, test presses and so called “DJ copies” belonged to his father, a DJ in the late GDR, excited about the new sound of techno and house that came with the unification of Germany. He shared all his love for electronic music with little Ele, who eventually became interested in deejaying himself. 

In his words "a shitload of years and hours spent at the decks later" we fast forward to today - Ele is happy to contribute a vinyl only mix to our series. It is a small adventure through some older cuts from Primate Records, Player, Gecko, Djax-Up Beats and some recent stuff from the likes of James Ruskin, Zenker Brothers and Perm.
