Born and raised in Lüneburg, he had a soft spot for electronic music from an early age. He has always been in close contact with musicians, producers and collectives, both in private circles and at work. The foundation stone was laid and with it the interest to DJ himself was not long in coming.

Sportmann sees his vocation in transforming the floor into a gym for a short time, to do sports together. And to run up to peak performances. With a soundscape characterized by numerous harmonic variations, he tries to 
hypnotize his audience, to cast a spell over them and send them on a musical journey.

Against the modern trend towards higher BPM, he manages to maintain a fast-paced, exciting vibe even in the comparatively lower BPM range, keeping the energy high and the crowd on their feet. 
His sets are carefully curated to flow like a cohesive, connected journey, with each stage of the set flowing seamlessly into the next to ensure the tension and excitement never fades. Henriko always tries to take the special characteristics of each audience into account in his sets and does not disregard other external factors.

This one-hour podcast for the Hamburg based collective OBSCUR consists of a short, atmospheric intro of a few minutes, which is intended to set the mood for the set and builds on this with bouncy, sometimes hypnotic sounds for a further 15 minutes. This is followed by the (for our friends from Hamburg) somewhat brisker Peaktime, which is mainly based on groovy beats and reaches its climax here. In the last third of the set, the energy is reduced again a little and completed with more hypnotic bounces. A housey, vibey outro rounds off the set.
