Its funny you know…
because we could tell you a romantic story of how we met in the pouring rain almost 4 years ago.
But it’s more complicated than that. Probably less romantic too.
It’s about having an addiction, a dedication.
It’s about finding purpose.
It’s about setting your ego aside.
And often time it’s just isolation.
Letting your creativity thrive in loneliness - sitting in a dimmed chamber we call our Studio.
It’s good to have a Companion.

Born and raised in the Berlin suburbs, Pitas passion for electronic music began to grow in the early 90ies. In his second homes of this time like the famous Ostgut, E-Werk and Tresor, he followed his love for wild nights and fine club tunes week after week and started to build his growing music collection ever since.
After moving to Munich in 2003 Pita is also known as a legitimate „chef de party“ behind the decks for quite some years now, who not only serves delicious food at bEATkitchen Munich with some friends but also memorably great DJ sets.
Following his passion for music, Pita co-founded the techno label Public Pleasure with three friends in 2019.

Geboren und aufgewachsen im Berliner Umland, begann Pita’s Leidenschaft zur elektronischen Musik in den frühen 90er Jahren. In seinen damaligen Wohnzimmern, dem Ostgut, E-Werk und Tresor, ging er seiner Liebe zu ausgelassenen Nächten und feiner Clubmusik Woche um Woche nach und baut seitdem an seiner umfangreichen Musiksammlung.
Seit 2003 Wahlmünchner kennt man Pita seit einigen Jahren auch als Partykapitän hinter den Decks, wenn er z.B. bei der bEATkitchen München neben ausgezeichnetem Essen auch feinste Sets serviert.
Mit drei Freunden zusammen gründete Pita 2019 das Techno Label Public Pleasure.
