Julianna Barwick's ethereal looping has the uncanny ability to adapt to the space in which she performs - be it a church, warehouse, museum. Now Julianna can add Dogfish Head Craft Brewery's new brewhouse to the list. 

Late last year, Dogfish Head Founder and President Sam Calagione invited Julianna to perform in the newly renovated space as well as to collaborate on a unique brew. This June, Dogfish Head will release Rosabi, a well-hopped Imperial Pale Ale, along with a mini-album composed by Julianna that incorporates the symphony of sounds found in the brewing process. Of the project Sam said, 
 
 "I just love Julianna's sonic palette, her layered style reminds me of the art of brewing. Her songs are beautiful but completely unconventional, just as our beer recipes are completely nontraditional. But in the end, they are both distinct and find an adventurous community of enthusiasts." 

The 10-inch record will be available in a limited edition of 1,000, sold only in sealed cases of six 750ml bottles of the 8% ABV Rosabi. Julianna's home state of Louisiana is reflected with a touch of red rice, her love of hops with Citrusy Simcoe and Centennial feed. Her go-to ingredient, wasabi, adds bittering and herbal notes - plus a subtle heat.

Out with their third EP of 2016, this August Monkey Safari will release 'Boris,' with remixes by Guy Mantzur and Victor Ruiz, showing the world once again that these guys aren't messing around. 'Boris' is the follow up to their successful mega-EP, 'Bernstein,' released in June, with remixes by John Digweed & Nick Muir and UNER. Their next four-track EP shows the brothers' more serious, grownup side, taking new risks with no vocals, utilizing empty spaces and slower buildups. 'Boris' showcases proper club music: dark and sweaty Tech House with a hypnotic twist.

After release of “Lost Space Device” album in 2010, Malychenko Dmitriy became a new member of Spectrum Vision project. During that time guys had a lot of gigs and performances, some of them took place in Crimea. Inspired by travels, Ivan made a few demos, and after coming back home he wrote this album in Dmitriy’s studio. 
This album was written and lost in 2010, and then serendipitously found again in 2016. A true, timeless, hidden gem!

Coming from the heart of Bosnia, Solomun is a passionate DJ who certainly knows how to please a crowd and keep the energy on the floor. Equally as talented and creative in the studio, he has many releases to his name on his own label Diynamic, as well as other imprints such as Four:Twenty, liebe*detail and Dessous recordings. Made for the dancefloor, his productions always have an element of funk or surprise, reminding people of the fun that's there to be had with music. As a label with many close ties to mobilee records, Diynamic will be co-hosting a party at mobilee's Sonar 2010 celebrations, which makes it even more fitting that this release brings the two forces more closely together.

Solomun's next big bang, being brought to you via Leena music, is a sure extension of his impeccable production skills and style, and is also one of the most unique releases you will here on the label so far. A-side 'Sisi' opens with a head-spinning explosion of notes and chords, being fired out like sparks in a continual loop. Then half way through the record, they dramatically stop, only to soon build up again and set the roller coaster off once more. B-side 'Talk To The Hand' is a bass-heavy and punchy track, that surprises you with euphoric piano chords in the second half, whilst B2 'Curesto' brings all of the elements together with piano chords, build-ups and some drama. *FULL PREVIEW*. When Uncharted Places was conceived, the one remix that came to my mind as an ideal beginning, was from the very first Places Series release by Kit. 'Girl Walking on the Beach Wearing A Skirt' was probably my favourite from Kit's release, and it's long, drawn out guitar plucks and subtle field recordings reflected a Markus Guentner remix playground. Markus obliged and as expected, delivered another out-of-this-world production.
