For vol. 56, we present a new project from two New Delhi selectors, @sleepyxinsomniac & @weatherxreport, who met each other while working at @boxoutfm, a great online community radio station also based in New Delhi. They've put together a nice 2hr journey of psychedelic, chuggy 90s trance, electro, house, breakbeat and acid churners, spanning multiple tempos and time periods. Enjoy!

For the sevententh mix of the series - joining in on the deep electro series, we have :-
(Rishabh Chaudhary) Weatherman’s practice is a synthesis of sounds and visions without borders. Their DJ sets are designed to traverse the great sonic mountain, without the weight of genres and BPMs - the crooked journey to the top (& back) is supreme. They can usually be found playing deep in the night at nondescript after parties in the warmth of friends and lovers.

About the Mix
The mix was recorded on a chilly evening in my dearest friend’s space, and is intended to warm you up as you make your way up to the summit by yourself. It has the new and the classics, and some of my current favourites. Hope you enjoy.

In 2022, Weatherman laid the groundwork for Multisensory Dispensary, a practice that dissolves the borders between design, technology, and art to deliver multi-sensory satisfaction. Based in New Delhi, the project emerged from a desire to unify their diverse creative expressions into a singular, immersive experience.
As a DJ, Weatherman operates without allegiance to genre, stitching together high-voltage sounds of the weird, the rare, the moody, and the unexpected — sonic twisters that sweep through the mind. As a visual artist, they craft raw, dream-like landscapes that pulsate with life - shaping visceral, breathing terrains that evoke both memory and hallucination.
The journey began with a VJ residency at Boxout Wednesdays, and since then, the Dispensary has carved out a presence alongside a formidable roster of global and homegrown talent, including Mama Snake, Daisuke Tanabe, Dauwd, Chhabb, and Dragalactiq, as well as collectives and labels such as Qilla Records, Medium Rare, Melt Melbourne, and Antariksh Sound & Media Collective. 2024 saw them step onto grander stages, with performances at Lakmé Fashion Week and Magnetic Fields.
