Here it finally is, the recording of our Liveset at Fusion at the beautiful and infamous Tanzwüste stage. All tracks are produced, mixed and mastered by Kon Faber, including a collaboration with Iorie.

The moment, when the first beat dropped, was an incredible release of energy from everyone who was there. And it did not stop until the last note. Playing at Fusion, at this floor, where we were standing so many hours as dancers, is such a beautiful gift. We could not be more grateful to have experienced this as Kon Faber on stage, sharing all the sounds we created and produced in our studio in Berlin. The preparation meant a lot of sweat and tears, with the last track produced just one week before but it was definitely worth it.

Moreover, this gig was so emotional because everyone around us has shown so much appreciation and love. So many of our friends came by, our friend and studio Jazz Saxophone player, Marius joined us on stage, and @pauli-pocket, @foolik were the most considerate and supportive Stage Managers.

Hej people,
this gig at Velvet Soup was wonderful, because of the wonderful crowd that came out this morning, but it also may have been one of the most chaotic gigs ever :D It started with my live computer failing on me, so I had to quickly copy the tracks of my set onto my USB so I could play the Set I prepared on CDJs. "Luckily" the stage had half an hour delay, because the power went out earlier due to the insanely heavy rain, so I had time to do so. With the Allen & Heath Mixer there, that doesn't have Reverb and doesnt send the Microphone Input to the DJ Monitors, it wasn't possible to add any live vocals. I wouldn't have much time to sing anyway, because I had to help set up the record players for the lovely Sutsches while playing. Didn't really matter though because the recording failed as well anyway. I rerecorded my set though (without the one time the CDJ got briefly unpowered), so I could still share all this new tunes with you guys <3 It includes some new collabs with @sydkasd , @ueberhaupt_ausserdem and @monolink and remixes for @temple-tears, @hannesbieger @guylalibertedj @soulofzoo and @kon-faber & Javid

Here’s our set from Mystic Creature 2024! We played on Friday from 8 PM to 10 PM, sandwiched between the best company @acado_musik & @corios_berlin 🎶

This performance marked the finale of our festival season, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to wrap it up. It all ended with a massive bang, and we’re so grateful to have shared the experience with all of you! 🙌✨

✔️ Was sind deine musikalischen Einflüsse?
 Ich liebe Downtempo und schätze die Produktionen der letzten 5-10 Jahre sehr. Ich bin Berlinerin war früher noch in der Bar 25 und liebe das GG immer noch :) Ich höre sehr gern melancholischen und treibenden Downtempo, finde aber auch Künstlerinnen wie Judith Ahrends oder Ameli Paul toll. Ich mag Vocals und Break Beats. Ich finde Live Acts mega und schätze vor allem DJs die auch produzieren 😉 Musikalische Einflüsse kommen auch von Labels wie Moodfamily. Labels / Kollektive die ich mag: Lucid, Easy Tiger, Moodfamily, Beyond, Amselcom, Leveldva, Down, etc. 
Meine Sets haben immer ein oder zwei Tracks mit Vocals z.B. von Omeria, K2WO, AFAR etc. Die besten Live Sets waren für mich dieses Jahr von Shimon, Sarraab und Antaares. 


✔️ Welche Gedanken mögt ihr uns mit auf den Weg geben?
Ich möchte mit meinem Set eine warme und energetische Stimmung erzeugen, die jeden egal ob allein, zu zweit oder mit den besten Friends nach einer langen Party musikalisch umarmt und ein positives Mindset erzeugt. Mein Set beginnt klassisch langsam 108 baut sich dann im Tempo etwas auf 110 und Endet mit der Einladung vielleicht doch nochmal um die Häuser zu ziehen 🙂

I wasn’t really sure if I would upload the set, as I’ve been dealing with ear issues from a persistent sinus infection for a couple of weeks and it got worse again just before the party. Canceling wasn’t an option though - Mira's birthday is always something special. So, playing without being able to fully hear was quite an adventure 😅 But the energy was overwhelming and I’m really happy with how everything turned out eventually!

What we need now - maybe more than ever - is love. Not the image of love that we often carry around in clichés, but love in its true essence, its inescapable core. We need love in a radical way that unfolds its strength precisely in its fragile vulnerability, is aware of its fallibility and is therefore committed to the process and growth. A love that places the WE and not the EGO at the center of its actions. In other words, a love that is aware of its social and political responsibility, is active and wants to shape and heal. 
Imagine a world immersed in this love, in which we use all our knowledge, our skills and our wisdom for the benefit of all and not to maximize profit. 
In this spirit and full of love, I now share this summer memory with you. It was a hot dream on an august night at the Garbicz Festival. But whoever comes to action after dreaming creates new realities. So my biggest thanks go to all those who have supported me in making this dream come true. 

Wherever you are and however you spend these next few days, be good to yourselves and to each other and don't forget the paradises we can create together when we unite instead of divide.
