Born on April  Kay Innocent Bonwe better known by his stage name BONZYZ is a Cameroonian Afro/HipHop artist who hails from Ndu in the North West region of Cameroon. BONZYZ who holds a professional Bachelors Degree in Business Management started singing right from primary school where he sang in the school choir.

 BONZYZ is branded as a rapper in his mother tongue Limbum.He also does it very well in English as well as in pidgin.As far is Hip Hop Rap Music in concern ,BONZYZ is  the major proponents of the sounds, rhythms ,drums and dances of Cameroon. He is currently working on his album. BONZYZ has to his name songs like Karawa , Kupshi, woman wrapper etc that have been hitting the air waves. His songs which are mostly inspired by his love for humanity and his strong Christian values have themes like love, peace, unity and development. His vision is to promote Cameroons genre and culture in particular and Africa’s through his Afro hop.

 BONZYZ does not only dream of getting to the top but staying at the top.  In his music career, BONZYZ has had a great number of shows like the Wimbum All Stars concert and the BONZYZ mega concerts every December since 2008 in his native town Nkambe. He was one of the few Musicians of English speaking Cameroon who had the privilege to mount the MTN podium at the 2015 all University Games in Ngoa-Ekelle ,University of Yaounde 1.In 2015 he was one of the performing artists at the Bamenda Council first ever  Cultural Heritage Trade Fair and one of the 5 artists invited to perform at Ndu Council Economic and Cultural Forum (in December 2014) organized by the Ndu Council . His song ‘Who says he’s not blessed’ won best gospel song in the Northwest Region in 2014 and Karawa best Wimbum artist in 2010. He  won the best Wimbum Student Union Artist Award in 2010, 2012 and 2015.

 BONZYZ has a great fan base in the Northwest Region, Yaoundé, Douala and his song Kupshi recently took him international. He believes that if the mentioned Region and cities have accepted his songs then Cameroon, Africa and the entire world will not be indifferent to his God given talent. 

BONZYZ has worked with some music producers and production houses like CFX Music Production,DJ kuka, DJ Fred, Chillen Music, V-Zone records, Zion RECORDS, Backyard Music, New Star Record, UniKon enter10ment,Areal Killer Beats.His songs have been hitting the air waves from radio stations lik Abakwa F.M, Defcam Radio, Sky FM, DMCR , Savanna Frontier Radio and many others in the country. He has also worked with artists like Richard Kings, Awu ,Daddy Cool, Ox-B ,N.B.O, Berry ,M.C Nelex, Mr T2, Istnab ,T-Bertrand, .He owes a great debt of gratitude to these people.

 Apart from music BONZYZ also possesses some Football, Volley Ball, Street Dance and basket ball skills.
