The song features bright guitars paired with a punchy kick and bass, which get hi-passed and layered with a vibrant new synth line to get us ready for the drop. The track is perfectly on brand for Boston Bun, playful and fun with a distinguished house flair. The track is set to be released on August 19th.

Boston Bun is a Billboard Top 10 dance charting artist who has worked with the likes Cassius, Disciples and Mark Ronson, with Ronson inviting Boston to play at his famed Club Heartbreak in Paris and London.

Thirteen years after its release, Duck Sauce’s first single “aNYway” still feels as fresh as ever. The feeling is undeniable, one that reaches deep into your soul and uplifts you. It’s the song that launched A-Trak and Armand Van Helden’s celebrated collaborative project, one that is still kicking strong in 2022 with the Ducks performing to massive crowds at Coachella and Tomorrowland. Remixing such an anthem isn’t an easy task, but the UK’s Low Steppa nailed it, keeping just enough of the original elements and updating the stomping groove.

This is timeless disco house music and truly is a testament to how good they are as composers and producers.  They have an excellent club sensibility but still retain that soulfulness that gives house music its heritage/value. “krypt. vol2 is the second instalment of my ‘krypt’ EP series. It’s a mixtape-like EP, named after a ‘crypt’ (underground vault holding the remains of a person); in this case it’s my musical vault with several new + old tracks I’ve had in my unreleased catalogue. It touches various genres like the previous one, from garage stuff to a bit faster house, to slowed down nu-disco. I rarely get inspired by current music, most of the time I’m listening to records at least 15-20 years old but wondering how they would sound if they were made today.

The EP also features two songs (Never Enough, L.U.V.) with my own lead vocals, which a first for my releases thus far. I really enjoy making longer music projects which is why I’ve always gravitated towards LPs and albums, as a producer and a listener. It allows you to dive in a bit deeper in the mind of the creator and see where their emotions lie across a longer body of work. A single often doesn’t have enough power to allow you to see behind the curtain.”
