Each detail is crafted like a musical choreography, inspired by his mathematical understanding of rhythm from his background as a professional dancer. His unique sound, infused with the raw energy and drive of the rave/afterhours scene, invites listeners into total immersion and moments of physical and mental release. Through **MACUSHLA**—which means “my heartbeat”— Guillaume shares the deep pulse that drives him and the sense of community that made him fall in love with electronic music. Crafted amidst the crisp air of Denver, Colorado, 'Lessons' emerged from the creative fusion of Denney and House hero, Hipp-E. Having jumped into the studio, the pair effortlessly locked in an ice-cold groove before their imaginations soared to warmer climates. Which of course, beckoned the saxophone.

A quintessential soundtrack for the summer season, 'Lessons' encapsulates the spirit of House, with its deep, groovy essence never reaching a peak, but instead delivering nostalgic '90s vibes with a modern '24 flair. True to form, a Hipp-E release wouldn't be complete without a touch of acid. 'Lessons' takes a dip and trip, stripping down to its core elements of percussion, strings, and smooth Rhodes piano to create a fresh bubbling take on the original.
