We are very happy to present the new Ewake's EP, "Dreamers." Produced during the summer of 2023, it includes two original tracks: "Dreamers" and "Gardens."

Both tracks are expertly remixed by the talented Timo Lissy and Version Bizar. Timo brought a powerful acid techno vibe to his version of "Dreamers," and Léon elevated "Gardens" to another level with his unique psybass/psyprog style.

Following on from a run of successful collaborations within Steve Bug’s creative circle, Why Not Us sees Steve Bug and Ammo Avenue join forces after Ammo Avenue’s remix of Steve Bug & Huxley’s L.O.V.E. released in 2023 on Poker Flat, while vocalist Mikey V previously contributed his unmistakable voice to Steve Bug & Denney’s That Beat released in 2024 on Hot Creations. 

Building on that momentum, Steve Bug and Ammo Avenue deliver a refined two-track house release that blends Steve Bug’s long-standing authority in deep and minimal house with Ammo Avenue’s contemporary club-driven edge. 

The title track Why Not Us featuring Mikey V is a smooth yet assertive cut built on warm low-end pressure, crisp percussion and a confident vocal hook that gives it crossover appeal for late-night dancefloors and tastemaker playlists alike, while Don’t Stop The Music leans deeper and more hypnotic, driven by a rolling groove, subtle funk elements and a classic house sensibility designed for extended DJ sets.

Nachdem wir nun schon drei kopfüber-Sampler mit einem bunten Genre-Blumenstrauß veröffentlicht haben, kommt jetzt unser erster technoid ausgerichteter Sampler!

Bisher haben wir durch unsere Einnahmen versucht, unser eigenes Projekt zu finanzieren. Wir finden, dass es an der Zeit ist, sich aus gewohntem Fahrwasser heraus zu manövrieren, um Projekte zu unterstützen, die in einem größeren Zusammenhang stehen.

Deshalb haben wir uns dazu entschieden, die gemeinnützige Initiative Sea-Watch e.V. , die sich der zivilen Seenotrettung von Flüchtenden widmet, mit diesem Sampler zu unterstützen und werden sämtliche generierte Einnahmen spenden.
Dafür haben wir ganz unterschiedliche Produzent*innen, aus den unterschiedlichsten Teilen der Welt, mit einer guten Prise kopfüber-Crewbeteiligung oben drauf unter einem Banner vereinen können, was uns wirklich sehr freut... doch hört selbst.

Sea-Watch ist politisch unabhängig und finanziert sich ausschließlich durch Spenden. Angesichts der humanitären Katastrophe, die sich jeden Tag im Mittelmeer ereignet leistet Sea-Watch Nothilfe, fordert und forciert gleichzeitig die Rettung durch die zuständigen europäischen Institutionen und steht öffentlich für legale Fluchtwege ein. Neben den laufenden Betriebskosten, hat das Projekt seit längerem mit politischem Widerstand zu kämpfen. So musste erst vor kurzem eine Einstweilige Verfügung beim europäischen Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte durchgesetzt werden, um Schiffbrüchige in Italien
an Land bringen zu dürfen. Außerdem wird aktuell in Italien gegen die ehemalige Kapitänin der "Sea-Watch 3" unter dem Vorwurf der Beihilfe zur illegalen Einwanderung ermittelt und ihr droht eine hohe Haft- bzw. Geldstrafe. Durch diese juristischen Angriffe entstehen weitere Kosten für Anwält*innen und die generelle Unterstützung der von Repression Betroffenen.

Wir wollen mit dem Verein solidarisch sein und ihn hiermit finanziell unterstützen, sowie dem Thema zu einer größeren Sichtbarkeit verhelfen.

Migration ist ein Menschenrecht und Seenotrettung kein Verbrechen!

After years of Universal Tribe and Eartheogen flirting with this idea, the crew have finally compiled a VA filled with remixes of Eartheogen's famous bangers. The result has been top-notch, with some of the best artists in our underground scene putting their own twist on some of the classic Eartheogen psychedelic groovers. Chris and I had the pleasure of remixing this Zenon classic 'Steak For Fossegrim', a cross-over track between techno and bush-prog. We are so grateful to be a part of this VA.
