Frankyeffe’s label Riot Recordings, Rave The Planet, and Dr. Motte are back with the fourth edition of their “Rave The Planet – Supporter Series“.

Rave The Planet is a non-profit organisation based in Berlin, which is dedicated to the art and culture of electronic music. Their main aims are to bring back the spirit of the Berlin Love Parade with a new ‘big techno parade’ in 2022, and to protect techno culture as a UNESCO Intangible Heritage.

Michael Klein is a German artist who has made a splash on Pan-Pot’s Second State in addition to other labels such as Suara and Sven Väth’s Cocoon. His track “Black Sesame” blends hitting industrial textures with a pulsating acid-line and hard-hitting percussion to create a raw groove with relentless energy.

The penultimate Louder Than Chaos has Soma’s techno titans Slam (@paragraph)join force with Belgium’s finest export, @amelielens . A collaboration a long time in the making, the Glasgow duo of Stuart McMillan & Orde Meikle bring their trademark crafts, melding it perfectly with Amelie’s driving synth lines. The output is three outstanding dancefloor killers combining both artists’ unique and powerful styles.

The dark and driving ‘Uncontrolled’ opens Vol. 4 perfectly as steamrolling bass and punchy, rhythmic percussion lead to an ominous and twisting synth hook that propels this track skyward. Keeping the momentum going, ‘Clarity’ instantly has an old school groove at its heart that gradually builds into a searing acid hook that cleverly disguises dynamic melodic elements. Closing out the EP is ‘Construct’ that shows no mercy coming out the block with a supercharged low end and electrified synths, dropping down into an expertly crafted, dynamic breaks & bass heavy breakdown before slamming back in with huge energy.

Korpus 9 meets Colombian master of experimental techno better known as Gotshell previously released on such labels as Planet Rhythm, Sleaze Records, Suara, and now breaks into business without knocking on the door with exceptional EP called Lost Gateway. 

It all starts with heavy kick of Gate one accompanied by a static acid bass line bringing a portion of serious character to the storytelling. As soon as we hear some truly experimental stuff with maddening vocals and breath of unidentified human being on one side and trippy acid deforming line from another - that's Gate two for sure. Gate three lands us a little bringing Eastern meditative sounds deftly engineered with fine airy synthline. Last but not least Gate four sums it up with crazy set of sounds skilfully connected to each other turning into a full-fledged techno track. Exclusive cover complements and further describes these underground compositions.
