Greek soloist and producer @nicksaley meets the great Greek composer Stamatis Spanoudakis. Through "Aria" EP he presents us 4 favorite works of the well-known music composer with his own unique interpretation. It starts with an intro under the sound of the "Stone Years" released in 1985, followed by 3 unique versions of tracks we have loved, "Sea" (1992), "Dance Pt. 2" (1984) and "Il Colore Dell' Odio" (1989).

I bid farewell to the city that sheltered me for 7 remarkable years. In its embrace, I found knowledge, security, and peace, allowing me to grow beyond my wildest dreams. My hope is for every woman to experience such protection, whether on the streets, within the sanctuary of their homes, or beside the partner of their choice.

Yet, as we navigate life's uncertainties, let's remember that amidst the shadows, there are also beacons of light—angels in human form, ready to support and guide us. Here's to embracing the unknown with courage, knowing that goodness still thrives despite the challenges.

ॐ//om -The great primordial sound, the original sound from which the universe was created, the sound of all sounds together. According to Hindu metaphysics everything is made of sounds (vibrations), since everything is sound, healing through it, is an ancient ritual, as sound is not only heard through our ears but vibrates within every cell of our bodies.

kosha (Sanskrit कोश, IAST: kośa), usually rendered "sheath", the covering of the Atman, or Self. 

kośa is a soundsmith who brings you a flavour mixing - downtempo, acid house, minimal//deep-tech ranging from 80 to 120 bpm, electronic yet organic tunes, deep hypnotic meditative grooves and solid kicks infused with Indian, Arabic and other Ethnic influences which we beautifully term 'spiritual deeptech' a genre coined by kośa, rooted in the deepest part of India's underground scene.

For us at kosa records this network gives space to connect ideas of various forms to do art for art's sake - not for social recognition. to break the rules of systematic exploitation of the artist's energy and to feel the soul in synchonicity.
there are no limits, as there is no mind. 

We consumed too much music and it started to leak and this is when kośa evolved into a record label in January 2019 with the release of their first various artists compilation Mīmāṃsā, though the real beginnings were with our Podcast series the raga saga https://soundcloud.com/kosamusica/sets/the-raga-saga where in we showcase an hour of beautiful music from our favorite artists from around the world.

33% of all proceeds are donated to Mountain Village Foundation that aims at educating the underprivileged women and children in the northern parts of India.
