Southboyz sound was founded in 2008 thanks to a Max Silecta's idea, then Riky Zulu (selector, beat master), Jahpowpow (selector, frontman, remix producer, graphic) and Assogrowa(selector, promoter) became part of the crew. Kinky Klub (one of the first reggae club in Europe) is the main Southboyz's yard, but the sound soon began to play in a plenty of Campania's yards and started doing many collaborations with some of the most importants Campania's Soundsystems, as a guest or as a promoter in several events around Italy and Europe, such as: Rototom Sunsplash 2009 Udine (ITA), Rototom Sunsplash 2010 Benicassim (SPA), Lille (FR), Milan, Rome, Turin, Bologna, Lecce, Campobasso, Pescara, Potenza, Palermo, Perugia, Bari, Firence. Nowadays Southboyz sound has collected many featurings with italian soundsystems and singers, and international artists like: Mr Vegas (JAM), Brusco (ITA), Queen omega (JAM), Max Romeo (JAM), Alborosie (ITA\JAM), StoneLove (JAM), Dj whookid (official 50 cent's dj), MacroMarco (ITA), Boomdabash (ITA), Kiave (ITA), Kalibandulu (ITA\INT'L), Gold Vybz sound (ITA), LP internationa(U.S.A), Vitowar(ITA)Heavy Hammer(ITA), Dancehall soldiers (ITA), Pushman (ITA), Balooba sound (ITA), Yaga yaga sound (ITA), AlmightySquadSoundMachine (ITA) Niko Royale, Marcello Coleman, Hobo, and italian dancehall queens: Joss, Fania, Talita, Alevanille, and so on! Southboyz crew (the real hustler sound) loves sounds clashes and competitions, and that's why they record a plenty of dubplates; in their opinion, ''the irregular the song is, the better!''. Their aim is to make the dubplate as a unique worldwide anthem! During the dancehalls Southboyz sound use to mix in a juggling style all kinds of reggae music, from foundation to the brand new bashment, without forgetting other kinds of black music, such as hiphop, rn'b and carribbean vibes. During the show, the sound plays music with timecode technology, but the crew also has a big vinyls collection, full of rarities in original press, because Southboyz loves original presses and rarities! Not only vinyls are the pride of Southboyz sound, because from 2009, the sound has made more remixes and  mixtapes, and these productions are very appreciated from the massive during the shows, and from the internet's people.

Back in 2007 Muamba started to record dubplates and promote events.

Probably Muamba is the Brazilian sound with the largest dub box and the one who put more effort to promote the dubplate/soundclash industry in Brazil. 

Famous for the juggling sessions and for playing the whole spectrum of reggae music.
