GOOD AND BAD

It was the final stage of cultural and technological development with a significant shift in lifestyle and behavior. Finally, I stood upright with the basic tools needed to create my own world. 

These are some of my first compositions. Or at least the ones I've been able to keep track of after years of losing project files and trying to mix, finish and save what's left. 

Mostly recorded 2005-2013 on old computers with basic recording software and no audio production knowledge.

Compositeur mao - Live machines 

Producteur, live & mix, originaire de Saint-etienne, Koumak s'initie en 2017 à la composition musicale sur logiciel. Emporté par cette passion naissante, il explore les différentes possibilités de création, et c'est alors qu'il découvre les machines types boites a rythme et synthétiseurs. Il s'oriente ensuite vers la production live en compagnie de deux Korg Electribe 2, d'une Roland Tb03 et d'un Boss RC 505 MKII

Il evolue ensuite dans la région Rhône-Alpes, autour de Saint-Etienne, et crée avec des amis le groupe "Sonovores", partageant l'amour du son 

Fortement influencé par les styles musicaux de la free party, Koumak expérimente toujours plusieurs styles différents, variant notamment entre la Tekno, la Tribe, la Mental, l'Acidcore, la hardtek, la Tribecore et la Hardcore 
Vous ressentirez dans ses sons des ambiances plutôt sombres et brutales, qui vous emmèneront aux confins de son univers surréaliste
