The Mohican MisFits are a hip-hop group based out of Gunnison, Colorado with members from across the nation. This dynamic group is made up by these independent artists: shaKARA, Swank Zappah, G Money, Z Shlitz, and Jacob Lyle. This compilation was written, recorded, and produced in the summer of 2015. Jacob Lyle Music is modern clever hip hop which descents from small towns through out Colorado. Honest and soulful sounds along with a simple country background, seem to describe the every day struggles and life long benefits of independent artists in todays age. Blessed with the ability to make music while attending college at Western State University of Colorado in Gunnison, a rural community nestled on the rim of the rocky mountains. While attending, the obsession of music was established after multiple mix tapes and contracts with Eclectic Ink Productions. Jacob Lyle Music is now located and based out of Buena Vista, Colorado and proud to display our new mix tape entitled, "People Of My Past."  Enjoy the Music
