This is my own remix of Darude - Feel the Beat Dirtykick Festival mix. Produced with ableton, virus TI2, Nordwave 2, Elektron analog four, Digitone 2, Minifreak and some vsts...The idea came up after a amazing festival in Paris 2 weeks ago. I was searching for a variation of the original song of Darude - Feel the Beat in the years 2000. I had the maxi vinyl of this track and loved it and especially the voice sample. I decided to rework everything from scratch. Every instruments...leads, basses,...layers...but adding also an evolving dirty drum kick all along the track and surrounding the original melody. And it sounds like this...Feel free to comment, like, share and repost ! A lot of work...but an huge pleasure to finish it finally.

I'm a retired City Worker from The Brantford Ontario Works Dept of 34 years of service,
I was 9 years old when I started taking drum lessons with the Ontario Conservatory Of Music,
I taught drum lessons and played in a band that played blues, country, 50's, blue grass,
I started making playlists at the age of 12 years old (1975) Pioneer Turntable, Cassette Deck, Receiver & two 50 watt Speakers.
