"Distanced" is a reflective ballad that captures the beauty and heartache of a long-distance relationship, drawing parallels with the infinite expanses of space, and the need for connection stifled by the realities of time and space. As I am learning how to mix and master correctly, I spent all day today remastering this track several times. I still utilized Ozone 10 for the mastering, but this time I did my own dynamic EQing and such.

"Stratos" is my 1st release of 2025, and my first original track since "Relics" in July of 2023. The project was started on November 25th of 2023, and production took just under 9 hours. All production, mixing, and mastering was done by me.
This is the first time I've featured vocal samples/chops in my tracks in quite some time, and I really like how it turned out. The synth that comes in at the end of every 4-bar section was especially fun to make, and really gives this track its atmospheric touch.
