Shrubby Dreamer* was recorded and mixed between the falls of 2014-15 Within The Velvet Pocket in the Superposition. Process of making this album appeared to be: all original tape loops , live instrumentation , field recording , accidents caused by the specter of tape , 3rd shift mania , consuming bad sugars , non verbal tirades , being bit by two separate dogs , technical anomalies , multiple cases of damage to the exterior of my car ( only one or two of them my fault ) , sleep deprivation - accompanied by intense dream sessions , my window curtain developing a personality and face, choking on a food bolus 4-5 times getting the Heimlich maneuver for two of those occasions , multiple street meat dinners, Loss of 1 tooth splitting of two more , paranoia fueled documents and hiking , over all it was just another year. Considered gestalt Shlubby Dreamer consists of 13 temporal markers commemorating my bullshit . Making this album felt like the struggle and relief of an asthmatics breath. Moving forward.

Over a multitude of genre, regional scene, and the technological wave of change from late 90's to now - the two have maintaining a certain sense of unbreakable innovation.
