LANESANE has become the forefront of Lane’s musical career. Through his punk rock, hip hop, and bass roots, he joins all three of the vastly different musical genres into one stunning spectacle. A LANESANE show controls and envelopes the senses, requesting for the experience to be understood through the nostalgia, reminiscence, fast-paced creation. The experience is no better summarized through the words of Jessica Capshaw, “the obvious thing to remember is without dark, there is no light, and without light, there is no dark.”

I grew up in a family of musicians in Aledo, Texas. When I was 17, I became interested in electronic dance music, and excited about home music production with DAW’s like Logic Pro and FL Studio. Early influences were #ATB, #DaftPunk, #ArminVanBuuren, #Tiesto, #EricPrydz, #BennyBenassi, #Basshunter, and the composers of my favorite game soundtracks. 
 
In 2007 I shifted my focus to an accounting career while in college at Texas Tech and I actually worked full time as a CPA and auditor in Dallas, TX from 2011 to 2020. During this time I found the resources and intent to pursue my passion in music once again; I discovered my own sound and began producing and releasing music as DCPA. After nearly 5 years of living a dual life, in 2020 I left my accounting career in Dallas Texas in order to move to Austin Texas for a full time go at the music industry! I'm doing live shows at several different venues as well as private events in Austin now!
