Not everything is black and white, and things are rarely as they seem. Everyone carries a unique story, and Leiiya’s narrative can be found within the rhythm and pulse of her music. Her journey, deeply shaped by life’s highs and lows, flows through every beat. From her childhood fascination with house music to her current artistic evolution, Leiiya’s passion for the emotional journey that music evokes remains at the core of her craft. 

 

After a necessary hiatus, Leiiya has returned stronger than ever, with notable releases on Toolroom Records and forthcoming Data Transmission. Her music continues to tell her story, reflecting both her personal growth and the energy of the international house music scene. 

Leiiya is not only known for her DJing but also for her community-focused work as the host and producer of Electronic Boutique, the only house music radio show east of Quebec on CHSR 97.9FM. Through the show, she bridges gaps between local talent and the global house scene, offering guest mixes, insightful interviews, and vibrant dance sets that keep her listeners engaged. 

 

Her performances span intimate club settings to major festival stages. Over the years, Leiiya has held residencies and performed alongside world-class artists at events like Red Bull’s 30 Days in LA Mansion, Life is Beautiful Festival in Las Vegas, and venues across North America and beyond, including the iconic Habitat Living Sound in Calgary and Mandala Club in Playa Del Carmen.
 
Most recently, Leiiya completed the  Toolroom Academy production program and is fully devoted to her music production journey—a lifelong dream turned reality. With presenting at ADE (Amsterdam Dance Event) 2024, and a busy touring schedule, including collaborations with some of the industry’s top names, Leiiya is a force to be reckoned with.  

Expect high-energy house and tech house with an old-school vibe, though she can effortlessly dial into the dark, when the moment calls for it. Her ability to connect with crowds and transform strangers into family is unparalleled, creating a safe space where everyone can let go, find joy, and get lost in the music.
