This episodes begins with a collection of bible verses I gathered in response to the emotional rollercoaster I've witnessed so many riding this week. Sometimes, we just don't know what to say or how to respond to the world's events around us. I look to God's Word for assistance and offer these verses in hopes they may help whatever you are struggling with right now. 

I also offer Five Healthy Holiday Habits that can assist you from falling into the less-than-festive funk that can sometimes accompany this time of year. It's a busy, crazy season where we can lose sight of our healthy habits when we need them most. So, I offer a few tips for hanging on to your healthy routine while still enjoying the best parts of the season.
