This set is a lil less dirty south and a lil more uptempo than others.

Yoga Nidra meditation for enhancement of abundance consciousness. The contents of this Nidra practice were created by the trainees of our 'Meditations from the Tantras' level 1 training and lead by Aaron Patrick.

The track is laid over top of the 'OM frequency'.  This is achieved by tuning down A above middle C from standard tuning of 440 hz to 432 hz. 

For best results, practice this daily for at least a complete moon cycle.

Born into the Indian wisdom traditions of yoga, Sanskrit and meditation hr work is rooted in these traditions. A Londoner by birth and upbringing she is focused on addressing the issues of contemporary global society.
Her work as a dancer and a coach have featured on TV and media across the world. In 2018 she was chosen by Channel 4 to be the coach and spiritual guide on their reality show ‘Seven Year Switch’. 

She has an online School ‘Lipstick and Enlightenment’ which offers guided meditations and courses for spiritual people to live a fulfilling life in the real world.

Genre - Byaw (Burmese folk song)

A great tradition of playing this song by a hired Saing Wine( Burmese orchestra) at auspicious ceremonies has existed since the times of ancient kings. 

Legend has it that as King Alaung Sithu (ruled circa AD 1112 - 1167) traveled half-way around the world, he heard the Thapyay* fruits falling onto the ground and fish breathing in the pond, the basis of sounds on which "Byaw" was composed. 


If this story was true, King Alaung Sithu must have been a very good musician - suggesting a historically unknown portion of the king's life. 

* Thapyay is a tropical plant found across Southeast Asian countries, whose leaf-like flowers are traditionally used for auspicious offerings and decorations by Burmese people.
