"Electrostep," Bill Youngman's 1996 release on Serotonin Records stands as a testament to one man's love of electro beats. Cutting, splicing and rearranging beats, he crafted an idealized rendition of electronica, much as Drum and Bass producers did with funk breaks. "Electrostep II" followed a year later, further developing the idea.

Always responding to the times, Youngman found his passion for drum computers and analog machines after years of classical training in guitar and drums. He moved to Berlin in 2001, in search of the perfect beat. There, he became involved with the experimental techno scene, looking for new ways to push the boundaries of music. Along the way he has collaborated with Jamie Lidell, Neil Landstrumm, Cristian Vogel, and Tobias Schmidt.

Today, Youngman presents his high-energy act worldwide, performing in front of audiences ready for an artist who will truly engage them. Dropping beats like bombs and weaving tsunamis of synth lines, he tops off his abstract and off-kilter techno sounds with authentic NYC hip hop elements: beat-boxing, freestyling and hyping up the crowd on the mic. Unlike your average DJ, this man doesn't look like he could be checking emails up in the booth.

Influenced by many music styles, Kronic main interest was Detroits Techno, TechnoBass and ofcourse Ghettotech.
As originator of Bugtronix, he was involved in many underground projects in Brussels like D-Jacking Zone and Pussies Traxes. First he mainly performed as a techno dj but then more and more to a personal blend of techno, experimental, electro and booty/ghettotech. As a dj he played alongside Dj Godfather, Dj Funk, Dj Assault, Dj Nasty, Aux88, Detroit In Effect, D-knox, Echoplex, Bitch Ass Darius, Mister Ries, Serge (clone), starski, dj dick, dj x-change, dj rashad, dj clent, dj chi boogie, oliver way, dj guy, big daddy rick, mr. mixx, Non Stop dj's, Nessbeth, Family Werks, D-Jack, Spacid, Popane, Shaman, Lysergic, ...

Together with aimOne (grafix addict) he started Booty.be in 2003. A successful collaboration of music and grafix. The project ended in 2009.

Making music since 1994 starting with dos-trackers en gooveboxes.
After some year playing at parties it got more serious, developing his production skills.
After pressing up some dubplates to use in his sets, it was the public and fellow dj's that pushed him to start sending out demos to record labels.
Out of passion for electronic music, he saw it as a must to make a statement by founding the first Belgian Ghettotech - Booty Bass Label, together with aimOne, Zymotic and Chao Xin.
Thus the birth of Spanking Records was a fact.

Kronic his skills were also noticed outside the borders of his homeland, getting him gigs in different countries in Europe and in the states, incl Detroit (the mekka of techno and ghettotech).

The idea is to grow the brand as a vinyl label in the coming years.

I also want to host my personal favourite DJs/mixers to contribute to a podcast that represents the underground sound of techno and electro that I have loved for over 20 years.

Soundcloud has provided me with a platform  to showcase my mixes through my own sets and a multitude of podcasts, meeting some great people in the process. It is good to give back as well, so this is my chance.
