Finding out what DJs and producers listen to outside the club context is not always easy, especially because they want to create and maintain a certain musical image of themselves. This format is about sharing something other than electronic club sound, to show the diverse influences and sides of their auditory – sometimes hidden – preferences. Therefore, Whatever Floats Your Boat is a show where we listen to favourites or classics that are not necessarily found in the club context.

Garo guides us through a listening expedition, showcasing his collection of slow and melancholic music, incorporating sometimes unreleased and sometimes forgotten tracks.

This podcast marks our first steps into slower-tempo recordings, and it's a direction we appreciate and plan to pursue further. If you've ever arrived early at our residency nights at Crack Bellmer, you'll understand precisely what we mean.
