Peter Cruseder and his La Rochelle Band return with their 2nd release on Etage Noir Recordings. With it they show how the act has been able to develop an independent and easily recognizable sound of their own. The new two-track EP "Burning In My Soul" (with the B-side "Can You Feel It") is the perfect accompaniment for the first rays of sunshine. With a dreamy melancholy the two tracks groove themselves into gear and are more than ready to hit the club dance floors, outdoor parties and Sunday afternoon raves on the beach. 
The title track "Burning In My Soul" revolves around a distinctive vocal sample and allows plenty of room for forays into the world of pop. "Can You Feel It" is dominated by a driving baseline which will undoubtedly bring life into club dance floors and living rooms across the world. 
The La Rochelle Band has been able to impress thousands of fans over the last year with their live performances, especially as a support act for Parov Stelar. With the release of their new EP, the excitement around the band looks more than certain to increase!

Dumb Numbers is a brand-spankin' new band featuring a pretty unbelievable cast of characters... 

With his debut album, Australian songwriter Adam Harding has teamed up with Lou Barlow (Sebadoh, Dinosaur Jr., Folk Implosion), Dale Crover (Melvins), Murph (Dinosaur Jr.), Bobb Bruno (Best Coast), CR Matheny (Emperor X) and others to create an impressive breath of songs.  

The self-titled album walks a line between the aggressive and the emotional. In just 36 minutes the album manages to move from feedback-drenched pop ("Last Night I Had A Dream") to Melvins-leaning rock ("Lost Inside"), to monastery doom metal ("Without"), to sentimental piano pieces ("The Broken Promise"), to balls-out guitar shredding ("Redrum"). Such a wide range of sounds contained on one album would usually result in an artistic train-wreck, but expert musicianship and an undefinable cohesion tie these songs together - resulting in an unpredictable and masterful debut album.

Hearing the name “Jaqee“ reminds most people of offbeats, fast Ska-rhythms and dancing. At least those who register her last album “Kokoo Girl“ in their record collection. But now the Ugandan singer releases an atmospheric and groovy single “Dance“, which invites you to let loose in everyday life, to feel beautiful and to be imminent to a special moment. Everything moves in slow motion, even the least moment is being enjoyed. 

The beat is light, floating.... and hard to categorise. You find Soul music, Clubgroove with live-drums, dubby guitars and Hammond-sounds and a very catchy keyboard-melody. A blend of all the influences that producer Thilo “Teka“ Jacks has evolved throughout the entire album to a concept album “without concept“. “The idea was to unite Jaqee and my collective musical background on this album. We didn't want to limit ourselves to any boundaries but just do it.“ 

“Dance“ is about the love of dancing and consequently about the love for music.
