Hot on the heels of the A-Sides Volume 5 compilation, Enrico Sangiuliano makes his return to Drumcode with his highly anticipated EP ‘Moon Rocks’. The heavy hitting four track EP shines a light on Sangiuliano’s tight, thundering production skills. The hoover heavy lead track ‘Moon Rocks’ is packed with booming percussion, intricate synths and brooding crescendos. The EP encapsulates Sangiuliano’s wide spectrum of sounds ranging from the fat bass line of ‘Moon Rocks’ to the more delicate harmonies shown within the ‘Dutch Kiss’ mixes whilst ‘Ghettoblaster’ sits somewhere in between.

Ramiro Lopez links with Andres Campo to supply the latest release on his ODD Recordings with 'Pachamama', a rhythm assault utilizing blinding sirens and hypnotic tension. With support from the likes of Carl Cox, Adam Beyer, Pan-Pot, Amelie Lens, Charlotte De Witte and Alan Fitzpatrick the track's been getting regular play at festivals and clubs around the world. Now 'Pachamama is finally ready to be unleashed to the public. 

The two producers touch on the vision and inspiration behind the collaboration: “Pachamama emerged in a very natural way, two friends and colleagues decide to get together in the studio and create something after an intense day of laughter, friends, food and hangover. The name is linked to what happened that day. It’s our first official sound adventure together and we’re super happy wih the result and with all the support it’s received so far.”

Look for 'Pachamama', which is also paired with 'Poolside', to be released August 25.

Making his debut on Drumcode in 2017 with his track ‘Fake’ featured on the A-Sides Vol 6 compilation, one of Brazil’s much loved exports Wehbba brings us his first full EP this February with ‘Eclipse’.

A no nonsense 4 track offering, and all thoroughly road tested by Adam, they have gained much support from longtime Drumcode fans. Eclipse, delivers a low end rumble along with a modulating synth line. Reigning high throughout the track, is the undeniably catchy and unique synth. Leaving this track one to be recognised on dancefloors all over the world.

‘Protocol’ doesn't turn down the pace, straight into a chugging hypnotic drive, this track leaks with attitude, along it’s eerie undertones.

Probably the most acid influenced track of the EP, ‘Glasswerk’ has a futuristic modular synth riff which thunders along a hypnotic bass line which flows nicely into ‘Framework’ to close out the EP. Its punchy and powerful kick sits alongside the cleverly crafted synth pattern, taking this track into a dark zone with a groovy element still resonant.

To start off the release, Simon Shaw, Sense Traxx owner and A&R to Champion Records, takes on the production of Fantasy from Nico Luss & Rick Laze and transforms it into an atmospheric, tantalisingly euphoric remix consisting of muted groovy synth stabs, intense vocal breakdowns and a deep down and dubby bassline.

LE:ON, one half of the duo Him_Self_Her, reconstructs the masterpiece from Kiyo, Cicada, bringing it truly to its tribal routes in the aptly named 'Back to Tribal' remix embarking on a jungle-like techno experience with percussive rhythms, a droning bassline coupled with waves of low frequencies accompanied top basslines, and a huge climatic breakdown that makes you feel that you're lost right within the wilderness of the Amazon.

Kicking it back to the upbeat rhythm, ENSALL, label owner to Dusty Grooves, delivers an intense funky remix of Bear Essentials - Ripper definitely 'rips' the original a new one with its swinging, galvanizing bassline and its in-your-face energetic power and vigor. One for getting deep down and dirty to.

Cleary, label manager to SIC Records, spins the original of Knocking Doors by Incorporation a complete 180° by taking the bassline notion from its original form and revamping it into a growling synth bassline accompanied with a strong sub-bass to give it that extra roughness and bark to the bite. This remix will definitely knock on a few doors.

Flexing some major bouncy tech house business is Jairo Delli in his two track 'Dance EP', joined by veteran Javi Bora on an absolute monster of a remix. Fun, upbeat, and with a ton of groove, the title track 'Dance' gets you right into a dancing mood with a buoyant bass line that pumps just as hard as hyped up vocal triggers. 'Groovy Duby' says it all in the name, but what sticks out most about this one is the massive breakbeat that absolutely drops the boom, in a dark, echoey environment before diving right back into the house rhythms. Providing something a little different, Javi Bora maintains the bassline in his remix of 'Groovy Duby', but transforming the drums into a hard jackin' beat with vocal edits reminiscent of DJ Tonka. Solid from front to back, Jairo Delli and Javi Bora definitely provide the goods this Summer.

The second release of the label is signed by Mene, a great producer from Belgrade. He delivered two up-to-date tracks ready for the dancefloor.

''Biza' is all about a short bassline hook, some acid stabs and a relentless percussion progression. Check the catchy scat in the break, killer! 'Presedan' is the other track included in this EP, old school beats, groovy bassline, some synths leading the track and a long and full of tension breakdown.
