With great pleasure, we welcome Austrian-duo EXEA back to the fold, delivering the follow-up single to their debut release ‘Do It Right' which landed in January. Since their last outing, the pair have featured alongside Rueben & Aaron Payne on the mighty Shogun Audio, but we’re beyond excited to see them come home!

Kicking off with muted pianos, ‘Whatcha Gonna Do’ further serves to showcase the effortless symbiosis between Emma’s uplifting, syrupy-sweet vocals atop Erik’s sharp, innovative production. The verbal nonchalance of the chorus is only accentuated by the groove and funk of the subbass, which is all further contrasted by the deliciously wonky-basswork present in verse two. To round things out, the outro delivers a gorgeous, neck-snapping curveball with a jazz-bathed trip-hop breakdown, resulting in one of the most imaginative outros to appear on the label in many moons.

The only question that remains is, when this one drops on Friday the 25th of April, whatcha gonna do?! The answer is grab it, instantly!
