During our conversation I found out more about how Constantine and Emiliy-Rose met and began to work with each other on the Jazz Mafia Project Volume 2, and how this was developed into a touring exhibition along with a reflection of their individual practices and plans for for collaborative projects.

Episode 113 is with musician Matt Hickman better known as Brown Bear. I connected with Matt online two years ago, so it was great to finally record this conversation as we touched on quite a lot during this episode including how this all started for Matt, the current climate of the Scottish music industry, being a musician of colour in Scotland and the importance of identity and culture, and staying true to yourself.

Having spoken to Matt on a few occasions over the past two years you clearly get a sense that his an individual who's not doing this just for himself but is also looking at ways he can support others in the music industry as well.
