Drumtrigger1979” is the first release by Fase Bipolar, a new project by Moy Santana and Finalversion3. The EP is composed by three original techno tracks which main elements are extracts from semi-random recordings carried out by a well-known Drumtrigger machine, launched in 1979. The samplers are structured in a question-answer mode emulating a conversation between percussions and synthesizers. Mike Dehnert contributes to the release bringing his vision with a forward thinking remix.

Casper Hastings is a well known and respected name within the Irish electronic music scene and further afield having played the length and breadth of Europe over the last number of years. He has already been part of 3 STG releases already by excellently remixing Sancta Sanctorum on STG004 and providing two incredible and yet very different tracks on the Sticky Leaks VAs vol.2 and 3.

His tracks are relentless in their execution, with unforgiving bass lines coupled with harsh riffs plus from time to time (if thats not enough) he lets his other influences take over creating amazing breakbeat electro atmospheres proving how open minded his productions are.

And thats just what you’ll get on this one. Two straight, hard hitters in full CH signature. One nasty and groovy electro break. Plus those two remixes. Sancta sanctorum going even harder and, well, No Moon going No moon.

R&S founder Renaat Vandepapeliere returns with the first expanded compilation in his personal RV Trax series showcasing the hypnotic sounds he plays on the dancefloor. 

In this fifth instalment Vandepapeliere has chosen 9 groove laden tracks from an array of talented electronic artists representing Belgium, England, Argentina, Northern Ireland, Italy, France and Germany. 

A frustrated drummer at heart, every one of the tracks on RV Trax Vol 5 (and previous volumes) has the shared DNA of heavy percussive workouts - keeping the focus of the music on the drums. 

Vandepapeliere has always gravitated towards the primal, protean response that music can create - in his new chapter as a DJ he has refined his formula which is captured perfectly in the tracks selected for this compilation - liquid, serpentine grooves collide with deep atmospherics and pounding percussion with a total absence of wailing divas, experimental IDM flourishes or raucous EDM drops 

Defiantly going against the grain of social media likes or play counts, RV Trax locks the dancers into an inescapable groove.

6SISS - GENTLE [R&S Records] RSRV05

KUSP started life as a random studio session between two best friends rediscovering their love for electronic music. Fast forward 2 years and their music can be heard at the biggest shows around the globe, supported by the biggest names the industry has to offer.

The duo’s hard hitting techno productions, pioneered by the likes of Alan Fitzpatrick, Charlotte De Witte and Adam Beyer, gained them BBC Radio 1 support early on, amassing stellar releases on staple record labels such as R&S Records, Suara, We Are The Brave, Odd Recordings, Octopus and Kneaded Pains.

Their live performances have seen them rise to supporting names that include Amelie Lens, Jeff Mills, Alan Fitzpatrick, Sam Paganini, Dense & Pika, Dave Clarke, Sama’, Rudosa and many more, taking their careers far beyond their native Liverpool to packed out shows around the world.

Their imprint and club night OTK, pushes the boundaries to bring otherwise lesser known names to the forefront of peoples attention, offering limelight to those “On The KUSP” of something special. Previous guests include Freddy K, SNTS, Anetha and Cleric with many more to follow in future.
